i hate this school. do not send your child here. I am constantly being harrassed and kids in my class make jokes about me killing myself and nothing is done. you will only fit in if you're "normal".

This school is mostly white, middle class students. They struggle to support students who don't fit into this group and racist incidents are handled poorly by the administration.

A very poorly managed school that teaches kids little about integrity and respect. Kids are allowed to be horrible to one another. This school literally held me back academically. I graduated from St. Agnes feeling stupid and inferior and didn't realize until my second year in high school that I was actually very talented when it came to math and science. This place sucks the souls out of the kids that are "not popular" and gives all the chances and attention in the world to those whose parents have deep pockets. The only good thing that came from this place was I have two lifelong friends who suffered similarly through the whole thing. I'd take back the 8 years of my life I was forced to spend in this "Blue Ribbon School" if I could.

The science classes were laughable at best and children were allowed to do anything. Kids who's parents donated more to the school received special treatment and attention from the teachers while the others did not.

The character this school builds is either the character you build on your own dealing with social classes, athletic or not athletic are the main two, and surviving the relentless bullying on your own as some of the teachers there actively make it worse with their methods of "discipline" or being taught that there are no consequences for your actions because your parents are rich.

Bullying is allowed to go on with little to no consequence. Especially if the antagonizing child is the child of a large donor. The leadership was more concerned with being a blue ribbon school than making sure the kids were well taken care of and that everyone was heard.

I saw a kid with a learning difference get bullied every single day. Every day this kid was made to cry by his peers. It was a nightmare looking back on it. This school also puts kids in the "remedial" classes who clearly are smart but have been told by even the teachers themselves that they are not likely to do well in math and science.

Absolutely not. This school did nothing for bullying. At most the antagonist would get a slap on the wrist and miss recess or get a day of detention. There was never a talking to, there was never any real consequence. I had kids who had parents on staff and they were the worst of them all. They had free reign and I was put in the hospital on more than one occasion due to physical trauma that lead to one visit, and stress induced migraines for the second. Discipline was a joke.
