I agree with the other reviews. This school clearly favors children who attend the church, which is disheartening and unfair to the other students. Bullying appears to be overlooked, particularly when it is done by students who attend the church. There seems to be little concern for student safety, as high school students are frequently left unsupervised, and many display a lack of respect. Overall, it is a very concerning environment.

For some reason my review didn't post on Niche, so I'll leave one here. The family that started this school, only has it open for the public so the public can pay full tuition, since the family and their children and grandchildren pay nothing. Bullying is rampant. Teachers do not care, and also bully anyone who isn't family. Anyone who has anything good to say, is on the family. Teachers are "volunteers" who are given weekly "donations", but it's next to nothing. They're worn out and just don't care. While I am appreciative of not sending my kids to public, please look elsewhere. Anywhere is better than Micah. We've found another school where it is a true Christian atmosphere, no judgment from school or staff. Complete emotional and mental support for my kids. We are never looking back. Micah is going downhill quickly. What other parents/students are saying about them isn't coincidence and there's a reason their google reviews are turned OFF. You reap what you sow.... Look elsewhere for private education.

You will regret sending you children here. You will need to make sure you can afford therapy for your kids.
I would give negative rating if it was optional.

Great school. My child went to Public Schools for a year after attending Micah for a year. He was ahead in every subject and the public schools did nothing to try to keep him learning. After a year wasted we decided to move him back to Micah. It has been the best thing we have ever done. Great teachers and staff.

Absolutely a joke! This school is causing more harm than good. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat some of these kids and their families. I know several of these students and they leave this school not wanting anything to do with the God Micah teaches about.

I would not recommend anyone going to Micah. They play the favorites game and there is a lot of bullying that goes on. Several of the teachers are not encouraging but more discouraging to the students. Teaching condemnation is one thing but forgetting to teach about
God's forgiveness, grace and mercy is a huge part they seem to leave out.

Not at all! This school should be shut down.

I personally know two families that worked there. They both ended up leaving due to bullying and nothing was ever done about it.

This school is not even worth a rating! I pray that this school be exposed for all the harm it has and is causing.

The majority of the teachers don't even have a degree. You might as well home school your child because in high school, the teachers leave the classroom letting the kids fend for themselves. Some people need a teacher to teach, not leave the class everyday.

My daughters have been going here for the last five years. It is a great little school where your child doesnt get lost in the class room since the classes are small.

My son thrived at Micah. He was excited to attend school each day, and I was impressed with the amount of things he was learning.
