Since theres no way to leave comments about sports, here it is I have to use this platform.I have a major problem with the football coaching staff. Head coach need to go. Giving players no time to learn plays, putting them in the position to fail. They lost the whole summer to practice football, and get punished if they missed practice, even if it was due to a parents decision. Th school should rally take a look into what the world is going on. These kids future are on the line. Dont promise they would play and dont put them in. He know darn well these kids are trying to make it. Bad players getting way too much time. Maybe all the players should just change schools. Yes, all of us parents are talking and disgusted with this coach. Trinity/Male game was a joke. The last mins of the 4th you decide to switch quarterback and put other players in. Smart guy!! Just brilliant. Dont let your kids play under this coach, they wont go no where. Ive driven hrs to see poor playing instructed by poor coaching.

There has been increased fighting , cusssing, disrespect and bullying at this school ever since post Covid. Staff and principle stick their heads in the sand regarding any plans to improve this. As a parent, I have had increased concerns over my childrens safety. Are they going to be caught in a fight or be cussed at and bullied? The students in this school are rough and have no respect for authority or their peers. I have had family members attend Louisville Male High School back in 2010 and 2012 and it was a good school back then. My youngest child is graduating soon. If I were to redo their highschool I would have opted for another school.

I love the traditional program. We switched our 3 kids from a private parochial school to Greathouse and Barret TMS last year; it's been a great decision for us. Now my daughter is a freshman at Male and is taking AP Human Geography, Geometry, Latin, etc. and is very challenged. The rules and dress code help make it a great environment. I am very pleased with Louisville Male High School.

I hate this school . Teachers make you feel stupid if you say something or do something wrong in front of your class and laugh at you.

Male High is a wonderful school. It would be something if all schools were like this one.

i went to male my freshman year and thought it was a good school until May came along. My science and Algebra 1 teachers didnt not prepare me and many other students for their finals and we wound up flunking out because of it. Don't get me wrong, the school spirit is an amazing experience... but other than that, nothing special. the teachers only care if you're really smart or if you are an athletic all-star. If you are not either of these, forget about getting the best education you can. other than education, the cost to attend Male is ridiculous. I paid $500 on registration day!!! That, to me, is insane for a public school!

Male is an outstanding school! Our children were very well prepared for college. Yes, the rules are strict and students get called out for being out of uniform, but they know the rules and they are required to live by them. Our children were involved in everything from sports to music, and several clubs in between. We also had one who was a class officer for four years. They learned in the classroom and all outside of it. We are confident we did the right thing by putting our child in the traditional program. Male exceeded all of our expectations. Go Dawgs!

My nephew went here and had to switch out because the communication with the teachers was horrendous!
