Horrible leadership from the principal on down, the only reason why my child is still there is because my child and I love the teacher but other than that, I would have gotten my child out of there immediately. Caddo needs to evaluate the principal because my child coming home and telling me that her teacher is being left helpless by the administrative team is becoming to be horrific.

Northside needs a new principal, simple as that! The principal is very unorganized and does not have a clear understanding of leading the few good teachers and staff that she has. My child has had multiple teachers because the principal is letting the students run the school and running the good teachers who want to educate away. It's always the student's word over the teachers. Most of the school is behind grade level wise and she wants teachers to teach new material that they haven't mastered yet. It's embarrassing at this point! The only reason my child is still there is to finish the year, but once this year is over, we are going to a new school! Caddo needs to hire a new principal for Northside who actually cares for the students AND the teachers because if she continues, it's going to be nothing but long-term subs and students running the school as they did at G.O. a while back.

My child went to this school. It is horrible. It should be closed. I put my child in Magnolia this year.

My child went to this school. It was horrible. My child did not learn a thing. The principle is crazy. My child will be at Magnolia this school year. Thank God.

My child has been at this school for two years. This year she has had a sub for the entire school year. This is ridiculous! My child deserves to have a certified teacher. I'm sending my child to Pine Grove next year.

I once was a student at Northside(MANY years ago) but now I am a Parent and I can honestly say that since there has been a change in leadership(The Principal) it has improved to the highest degree. She truly care about our children; I need you to understand that my children are of my ultimate concern, my reason for living, So there is nothing that would concern me more than them being placed at a school that did not have their BEST interest at heart. The morale, The instructors, The campus and The dedication to the children has greatly improved. Although the parental involvement would really help, especially with our children's improvement academically but as far as the school as a whole.......NORTHSIDE ROCKS!
