The teachers have smaller classes and are able to spend time with any student that needs extra help.

Bullying is not tolerated. If any student feels bullied or a teacher finds out that bullying is happening, it is quickly dealt with. The school strongly teaches that everyone was created equal by God and that we all need to treat each other the way we would want to be treated.

I love East Gate. The small class sizes are definitely a plus. The teachers are also super accessible if we need help or have a question. And we have always been ahead of the public schools. In Middle School, I had a friend that was in the "Gifted" program at Kuss Middle School and she couldn't even understand the Pre-Algebra I was doing because the book would be considered Algebra I in a Public High School.

Classrooms usually have between 10 and 15 students. Which allows teachers to give more one on one time with their students. All the teachers are very nice and always want to help their students learn and grow.

The academics are really great and the curriculum is very advanced. Students that attend this school are about 1 year ahead in academics than kids in public schools. Other great things are that the school teaches from a Biblical point-of-view, the teacher to student ration is about 1:11, good study habits are taught and encouraged even at every grade level, and the high school curriculum really helped me feel prepared for college.

You will not find a better school in all of Fall River than East Gate Christian Academy. The teachers truly care about their students and want them to excel in their studies. The small teacher-student ratio ensures that students are not slipping through cracks and falling behind. What also helps is the parent involvement in the school and how everyone knows each other. It really is like one big family at the school.
