Our student from another school had her cell phone stolen on a field trip by a student from this school - as proven by the tracker app which pinged it at this location on the same day it was stolen, and my contact with the principal was dismissive. His response was to bring in cops if we had a case, otherwise, he washed his hands of it. Kind of says everything you need to know about the school's culture, students, and administration. I don't think anyone with "options" would attend this school. Run don't walk if you are thinking of buying in this area.

Please get someone that can handle this school there is no LEADERSHIP, unless you call leading the kids to " DRYWATER" leadership.. YOU ARE CORRECT NO SUCH THING AS DRYWATER. THE SAME AS THE LEADERSHIP AT THURGOOD MARSHALL.

TGM is a great school..:) I believe every school has its good points and its bad points. The good points are they have very attentive staff and leadership, most of the teachers actually care about their students personally and academically. The principal and counselors seem to have good control of the student body and its issues, but there are some improvement points that shouldn't be overlooked. The school has some techniques that would benefit from having some additional personal development avenues, like effective communication techniques to assist in conflict resolution, to deal with bullying, insubordination and altercations; more parent/child counseling repeat offenses during conflict mediation sessions. This would help get to the root of some of the social issues that the children need to deal with in their communication styles and help them to resolve issues and think about their actions more consciously. But overall as a parent, I can say I have a great relationship with staff in general and I am pleased with my daughter's education and personal growth from being apart of this school.

This school is one of the worst schools n pg county. The teachers have no control over the kids. The principal does not care about his students or there education and the security officers in the school act like they are still children. My daughter was bullied and nothing was done about it. I wouldn't recommend anyone sending there child to this school.
