I love dbcr because of how teachers pay attention to you and support you, although it doesn’t have the best reputation it really has gotten better than people have said, the students are respect to the teachers and it is a shame it is a small school but I feel like it would be really good with a bigger campus, I can see Don Bosco being a phenomenal school especially with the corporate work study program that helps so many students. Overall I think Don Bosco gives so many opportunities to their students

Teachers tried to do their best with the short time remaining after the unnecessary meetings, bad planned professional developments, and the lack of knowledge of new academic approaches. The Principal and his team are isolated group that do not make connections with progressive faculty, even when they gather together in a same building.

Homework is different, but there is not a consistent rules about it, because certain students are penalized and others not.

The mission is reduced to "some events". Christian values are not reinforced on the student life. Students have serious behavior deficiencies that are not treated but ignored. The reality of the academic chaos is obvious, but everybody stays quiet due to fear. The administration try desperately to keep a good image before parents, society, benefactors and religious organizations promoting "The student-worker" system but they are only concerned to maintain their good salaries. Students knows that most of their beloved teachers run from the school, but the administrationy pretends that that the school is OK.

The academic administration of this school is the worst ever seen. They have no idea what to look for other than secure their own position in the school. Whoever noticed the deficiencies became a threat and was removed from the school. Only the one who were able to take anything to keep their job were left. The record of teacher retention it is alarming. The best faculty run away.

It's an amazing school. There is no word to describe how amazing it is. Well-educated students. There are special programs and does offer many A.P courses to me. That's speaking personally with the counselor. I am glad I went to this school

The academics are terrible and currently do not offer any A.P courses. The schools admissions office have nearly no standards, they let anyone in. Offers limited sports and limited extra curriculars, although the school may have "100% graduates go to college" most don't make it far in college because how ill prepared the school makes them. Their cwsp Is suppose to give you work experience so you can see the career field but most students just end up in a filing room all day and don't get any experience and the school takes almost no consideration on what career field your intrested. They care more about getting the check then making sure the job is willing to let the student see how it really is on the field. Back to academics since the school have nearly no standards the class rooms are very unproductive, most of the students are not coraptive with teachers the work program makes it so the teachers have to rush subjects to fit the curriculum in a smaller time frame. This school is a waste most students are forced to be here and it constricts students from growing further in academics by the lack of program's.
