My daughter who is in the 5th grade got in trouble by her math teacher because she smiled and looked in a direction for one second and she stared at her when she confronted her and somehow she assumed it was attitude and said "oh so now you wanna stare at me?" What else do you expect her to do not look at you and its also attitude I mean what? And its not only her, this happens to students every day. The other 2 teachers my daughter told me one of her classmates were crying because of the reading teacher and I honestly DO NOT Recommend any other parent enrolling their child here and the janitors are worse one yelled at my 8 year old daughter and not only her. My daughter in 5th grade told me a girl in choir told a Hispanic girl that she was going to call ICE on her and the teacher? Tch she did NOTHING from what my daughter told me that girl is traumatized and my daughter got racist jokes from her classmate and the teacher didn't call an administrator. TOO MUCH HAPPENS AT THIS SCHOOL.

The school was good a few years ago but the upper grade level staff needs training. They are not recommended.

Some teachers have a set plan and most are unorganized.

Mrs. Barias is the most efficient teacher they have. She shows genuine interest in our children.

Teachers talk to children any kind of way saying things such as its always drama with you, you always have something to say. Children express concerns of bullying and they get ignored. Sad that these are the professionals around our children

They allow teachers to discourage our children. Reading groups have been associated with higher learning. Below average readers are assigned to the group Pg community college. Above average are assigned to John Hopkins. This brings discouragment to children making the below average readers believe thats all they should strive for.

My child has been picked on. Told the teacher and they did nothing. As a result a fight started later that day that could have been prevented
