As a former teacher at HMC and a current parent of a student at HMC I can say this school is not what it use to be. Unfortunately almost everything about the program has been changed and it is no longer the wonderful school it once was known to be. It is so sad to see how this school has been destroyed!

Both of my children attended Honey MacCallum for a total of nine years, from the two-year-old Mothers' Morning Out program through the kindergarten program (no longer available). We enjoyed our years there very much and found the facilities excellent and the teaching--and discipline--loving, kind, and Christian. The staff were helpful in pointing out my children's strengths and developmental individualities. My children entered the public schools well-behaved and ready to learn, thanks to their early years at Honey MacCallum.

Do not send your child here. My child did a complete 180 and completely shut down on me. The more he went the worse he got. The teachers may be well qualified but do not show the children the love, understanding and compassion they need to thrive.

The preschool has been great for my daughter. The teachers are friendly and kind, yet disciplined and teach the children natural consequences and responsibility. I highly recommend HMC to all of my friends.
