When I used to be here growing up the employees were the reason I developed a huge sensitivity to yelling due to how much they would flip out at myself and others- and on top of that lots of things were handled VERY unprofessionally. Please do not let your kids go here

We've had the most amazing experience here with our three kids! Everyone knows them by name and they're always happy to go to "school." I love all of the art they bring home! Their teachers go above and beyond and I appreciate getting pics and updates throughout their day. Definitely recommend!

This place is the worst daycare and most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. My child is Autistic and we came from a previous center that she had been enrolled for over a year. We wanted to try something new and we were transparent about her behaviors, struggles and current speech delay. She had an IEP set up and we received initial understanding and inclusion from the director and stated there were other kids there on the spectrum and her own children had speech delay. However, once my child started and they got their deposit, they gave my child TWO AND HALF DAYS to adjust to new people, new setting, new kids and by 1pm they terminated her. Her IEP didn't even get a chance to switch over to the new daycare before she was terminated. She had two different teachers in the first two days because her teacher was out, and when her original teacher returned and met my child she did not care to get to know her, all she wanted to know was why she left her previous daycare. The director had signed the email and did not say a word to me when I came to pick my child up that day. I had no idea until 8pm at night when I checked my email. When I came in on Monday to address this she immediately blamed the owner (even though she never met my child or wrote the email). They started saying it was because she was not napping and throwing tantrums (she is 3) and also because they were lowering their staff down to one teacher per classroom and could not handle her behavior. The next week they went from being 400$ per week to 600$ per week for daycare ( I receive vouchers ). SO you went down on your staff and you increased payment? Sounds like a money grab to me. I tried multiple times to speak to the owner about getting my deposit back and she WOULD NOT get on the phone with me, had other people call me and tell me I owed $1,000 until they received the vouchers AFTER THEY TERMINATED MY CHILD. I will never have my child somewhere that pretends they understand or where she is not wanted or loved. It is hard to find childcare for kids on the spectrum but it does exist and this place pretended that they were understanding and they did not even give my child a chance. I expected more from a place that has been open for almost 30 years and from women who are mothers and all I received was judgement, blaming, back peddling and down right unprofessional behavior and responses.

A co-worker recommended them to me over 6 years ago and all 3 of my children have gone there! The building is clean and neat. All of the staff members are polite, friendly, intelligent, patient, very professional, and just great people in my opinion. You are always welcome to observe in the classrooms of your children. They also have many special events that allow families to join in the fun. I love their annual Christmas program and Halloween parade. They provide healthy and filling snacks daily, outdoor time, structured learning/play, and so much more. Lollipop Day is my kids' favorite! Parent's Night Out every month is a bonus! My daughter will be 7 this year, started attending at 9 months old. She was still a baby but she could already walk, unlike her classmates. I expressed interest in having time to play outside and they worked with me based on my child's needs. Her teacher even taught her sign language for "more", "eat", and "please". Children move to new classrooms based on age/milestones and the teachers move with them, which is fantastic! My daughter had the same teachers for years. If the teacher is unable to move with them, staff work together to transition new teachers into the classroom. This is very helpful during the stranger danger phase! My daughter is now in kindergarten and when she visits the staff seem so excited to see her and it just makes my daughter so happy. It's like returning home! My youngest son has attended since 8 weeks. The teachers reassured me and let me stay as long as I wanted to. I knew he was safe every time I left. He is now 3 and has recently moved into the "big kid classroom" as he calls it. Melt downs seem to happen on the days you're in a rush but staff come to the rescue and make leaving him in the morning much easier. There are days when I am worried if he's still upset but I can go onto Facebook to the classroom's private group to see pictures the teachers have posted of the fun they are having DAILY. They also have summer camp - all day fun, water play and field trips! My oldest son was able to attend up to 5th grade during the summer. Every day you get a "good morning" and a "how are you?", you also get a "hello/hi" from each staff you pass in the building and you get a "have a great day!". I can tell they care about children (past, current, and future!). Highly recommend Quala Care!

We have been happy at Qualacare- especially with the infant program. Our daughter's 1st teacher Ms Charlotte was incredible. She struggled immensely with reflux and gaining weight and did not take a bottle well until Ms Charlotte. I credit her and the center with much of her improvement and development. I loved the sheets they sent home describing the learning curriculum for the babies- it made it so I never worried about doing development activities with my child, and could just love on her because she was getting that stimulation at daycare.

I was impressed with the efforts to keep everything clean. Every morning at dropoff I would see Ms Charlotte washing every toy with a Clorox solution before putting it out for the kids to play, and spraying down all the equipment at night at pickup.

One of my favorite things has been how the teachers encouraged the babies to form relationships with each other, and keeps the class together as they get older. My daughter (not even 2) tells me about her friends and every morning I watch them give each other hugs. I was nervous when we first moved classrooms but found she was fine at dropoff as long as her friends were there and quickly grew to love her new teacher. I also know that Ms Charlotte still visits her and the class regularly to check in on them all. Every morning each employee we see greets me with a smile and says hello to my daughter by name. She knows many of them even though they've never been her teacher.

The center does regular assessments of the kids and their progress- and was very helpful when I was pregnant with my second child in how to prepare my first with suggestions for books and learning models/tricks to teach toddlers how to express their feelings.

My only criticism of the center is that sometimes the transition between teachers/classrooms could be communicated to the parents better. Facebook is a great way to communicate most things, but a word in person or a letter home a few weeks in advance with the transition plan can go a long way to easing anxiety about the change. That being said, the staff has always been quick to answer any questions we have and meet in person if needed. When some malicious and slanderous reviews were posted they were able to address our concerns that day.

Above all I've felt my daughter was safe and loved there, which is truly the most important thing.

I came across some of the negative reviews on this site and strongly disagree. Both of my children have gone to Quala Care and we had an amazing experience. They are in elementary school now, they were extremely prepared to enter Kindergarten. Both are above grade level in reading and math making honor roll every marking period. The teachers at Quala Care were amazing and I credit them with setting a great foundation for My kids education. My kids always ask if they can go visit. Quala Care was a blessing for us.

We've had an amazing experience here over the last four years. My daughter has had several different teachers and they've all been wonderful. The management is so helpful, we really appreciate how much they've worked with us over the years. Our whole family will miss Quala Care when my daughter starts school this fall!

Some teachers are fantastic, others are kids just out of high school trying to decide what to do with their lives. They don't have the passion or the patience the other teachers do. My child has been there for 4 years and in all honesty I wish I would have pulled him out to place him in a better preschool with a classroom setting and limited naps to adjust him better for kindergarten. Office staff is pleasant but management is not flexible and is at time hard to deal with as they put what their teacher would "prefer" over the but needs of the student. For a place that is supposed to be focused on shaping minds and helping kids grow, they have hindered more then helped. Also their toys and learning aides, unless you land in the Red Room (one of their classes) or have the luck to get one of Mgmts favorite teachers, your kid will end up playing with Blocks and barbies for 2 years.

Both of my sons attend Quala Care. My oldest for a year and the younger one a few months. My experiences with Quala Care have been positive I was saddened to read some less than stellar reviews on other sites because this is what I have experienced. First my son is happy, loves his teacher Ms. Kelly, knows his primary colors, shapes, numbers up to 15 and sings the ABC's. They have great field trips that a parent has the option of sending their child or not and to join on trip. Entertainment comes in as well as librarians, a fireman... it also is affordable compared to other child centers and the children are getting the same education and care. Office staff has been accomodating and pleasant. Teachers and aides are firm when they need to be and always caring.

My son's been attending Quala for 3 years and I'm so happy to have found this place. He's had a couple different teachers but they've all been great and they clearly love the kids. I'm a single mother and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the support we get from everyone at the center, the owners will do anything to help you. My son was at Childtime before coming to Quala and I'm really happy we made the switch.

I wanted to share what a wonderful experience we've had at Quala Care over the past 5 years. My daughter has been attending Quala since she was a baby and has had a couple different teachers in her time there but we especially love Ms. Tanya! She's always looked forward to going to "school" in the mornings and I've never had to worry about her while I was at work. The office can be a little unorganized but they really do try to be as accomodating as possible and I appreciate that. When I come to pick up at the end of the day, the kids are clean and happy and excited to tell me what they did or show me what they made that day and I really don't think you can ask for more than that!
