I wish I could give this school negative 5 stars. It is absolutely the worst school I have ever came in contact with. The teachers hardly teach and let the kids do whatever, they allow them to fight and bully other kids and act like they did not see anything. They like to say the students are lying on them when they tell their parents what's going on. The kids never get homework. The principal Ms. Adams never knows of anything when you bring it to her attention she says she's going to handle it and it never gets handled if you bring it back to her attention she deflects and goes in defence mode.

The kids are out of control, the teacher (my son's, specifically) has admittedly given up and doesn't even try to teach anymore. They have to deal with bad behaviors all day and the kids that actually want to learn suffer. My son's grades have dropped this year by no fault of his own.

My son's teacher actually said to me that he "didn't sign up for this" at a parent teacher conference. He also admitted that he deals with bad behavior more than he actually teaches.

My son rarely brought home homework. When he did, it was something that they either didn't cover in class or was below his grade level. It was always badly copied worksheets that were cut off so you couldn't see the whole sheet.

SCT IS THE BEST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THAT BALTIMORE CITY HAS. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT STAFF TEACHERS AND PARENT VOLUNTEERS. THEY ARE VERY RESOURCEFUL WITH EACH PARENT AND THE HALF DAY CLASS FOR THE 3YR OLDS AND SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS THE HAVE AWESOME TEACHERS SOCIAL WORKERS AND THE INTERNS I CRIED WHEN THEY LEFT. OVERALL I WISH THEY COULD EXPAND TO A PRE-K -12 SCHOOL
