I can’t say enough great things about this school! Karin Palmer and her team have gone above and beyond during this pandemic by making sure the kids, teachers and the school stay clean and sanitized. Karin took the time to walk me through the school last year when we joined without hesitation when I called in last minute. Our daughter had continued to thrive and she loves attending the Goddard School. As with anything, do the research yourself and be pleasantly surprised by how caring and professional the school is.

My son will be finishing up with The Goddard School in a few weeks and it will be sad to leave them!! They have become a big part of our family. The teachers are great and easy to talk too! The office staff are very reliable and accommodating! I can't say enough positive about this school! We are so glad that our son had the opportunity to attend!!

The homework that was provided to my son was just enough to give him and introduction to what he will be facing in Kindergarten! I appreciate that fact that they send these activities home to begin to train both the parent and the child for what is to come!

The Goddard School of Hanover is a positive, fun and creative environment where children have the opportunity to learn and explore new ideas. My son has attended the Hanover location since October 2012 and will be enrolling in a Catholic private school for Kindergarten. I am quite pleased with the low student/teacher ratio, the well-rounded and dedicated teachers, the diverse classrooms and strong curriculum. The students are constantly engaged and challenged at all times. The teachers instill confidence and a love of learning. The administrative staff is very supportive and have an open door policy with parents. The owner, director and her assistants are very hand-on and are familiar with parents and students. The school offers a variety of activities, which fosters a strong sense of community amongst the parents, students and staff. They encourage volunteering in the community and within the school while demonstrating the importance of charitable behavior. Although I am excited to see my son move on to the next developmental stage, I will thoroughly miss the school’s warm, supportive, family-like atmosphere. My son is well-rounded, articulate and has a deep curiosity for learning as a direct result of his experience at the Goddard School of Hanover. I am thankful and pleased that his experience here has left him with a positive and eager attitude about learning.

My son just graduated from The Goddard School and my daughter is currently enrolled - both were in the school since they were babies. I LOVE this school. The teachers in the baby-3yo daycare rooms are amazing: full of love and they really get the kids started with the basics of learning (ABCs, 123s). The preschool and pre-K classes are a great blend of fun and learning, with outdoor time, circle time, and weekly themes to keep it interesting. The kids learn social skills, self-help skills, and book-smarts. My kids learned everything from how to use the potty, good table manners, how to share, colors, shapes,letters,numbers, writing and basic math at this school. And another HUGE plus for me?? The people there are just great. Teachers and staff are very open to talk to; I'm constantly talking to them about my parental concerns/fears and they are great at listening and giving good advice. They truly become and extension of family.

They say it takes a village to raise a kid. This school is certainly playing its part in my village! It is one thing for a childcare center to provide a safe/clean environment where you can feel comfortable leaving your child, it is quite another level when a childcare center truly cares for your child's development and growth. This branch of Goddard is one of those centers at this level. Thanks to Dipti, Erin, and their staff for taking care of our daughter when she was there.

Phenomonal staff and great managment makes this school exceptional! I think the curriculum is superb and above any other preschool that we have looked into.

They do not treat their staff with respect, and are unprofessional in the way they speak with their staff in front of the children.

My daughter has been at this school for a year and is doing very well. I am surprised how much she has learned in this year. She knows all her letters and most of the sounds and is even trying to connect some sounds already. She loves this school and so do we. ALL of the staff is extremely friendly and ALL the teachers know my daughter so when she switches from one room to the next it's never a big deal. I cannot say enough good things about this school. Worth every penny.

The Goddard School is a wonderful school! I was so excited to get my child in last year, and now he is doing wonderfully. Just like one of the other parents said, he learns songs at school and when I sing with him he knows them before I finish them. He's learning the alphabet very quickly, he knows all his colors, and he seems to be making quite a few friends! They also learn a new word in Spanish and American Sign Language every day. This is a very clean, upstanding facility, especially compared to many others in the area. I would (and have) recommend the Goddard School to any other parents that are willing to pay just a little extra toward their child's true learning experience. I agree that it may be a little expensive for single parents, but it is truly worth it. I am truly impressed and grateful that my son is able to go here, I think it's really going to help him in the long run.

Our son went to Goddard and was very, very happy, as well as engaged. He made many friends and we were extremely happy with the daily contact we had with the staff. Unfortunately, wanting a christian education we found a spot for him elsewhere and have REGRETTED THIS immensely. He is drawing back, has almost no curriculum and he knows nothing to tell about his day as he did in Goddard. I will be returning him to Goddard as soon as a spot opens!!!

We are very happy with this school. My child gets a variety of opportunities to learn new things. In fact, within the 2 weeks she started there after, she was already demonstrating songs, vocab, concepts, etc., that she learned. Her teachers are warm and enthusiastic and responsive to any questions I have. After spending her whole life with one babysitter, my child has transitioned smoothly to a group daycare setting with the help of Goddard staff. Strongly recommend.

I have owned The Goddard School for the past 8 years and have developed a reputation of providing an outstanding learning program and a safe, friendly environment for hundreds of children and families. My child has been attending the Goddard School for almost 2 years and we could not be happier. I don't rate businesses online often, but I want every parent to know that this school is fantastic! It's extremely clean, the teachers are stable and really care about the kids rather than just being there for a paycheck. Within 2-3 weeks of starting her at the Goddard School, my wife and I both noticed a huge difference in our child's behavior, confidence, and ability to speak/articulate her thoughts/feelings. The structured environment and learning-based curriculum was great! She's now learning various words in English, Spanish, and sign language. We get a daily report from her teacher which allows us to reinforce what's she is learning at home; what other school does that? Prior to the Goddard School we were sending our child to a local church for daycare services. While the church daycare was fine, it didn't appear to be based on a "learning" curriculum...instead the kids just played until nap-time, then played some more until they were picked up. At the Goddard School everything, even play-time, has a learning purpose. Without a doubt the best investment we've made for our child!

The Directors & Owner of the school have clearly love children and put a lot of forethought into planning and entertainment for all the age groups. They embrace email and communicate regularly with parents! Hanover's location is clean & organized to keep each classrooms open yet private and keep ILLNESS to a minimum. That was really important for me, as my youngest son is still building immunities from being a preemie. A sign of a great school, is how its staff handles issues or emergencies that are bound to happen from time to time. Most of the teachers have been very open, helpful and listened the few times we had concerns. The two times that didn't happen, we were able to discuss it with the Director. They try to balance all the weekly snacks for nutritional value, allergies & weekly schedules for everyone. Kahlilia knows every child by name, and is often holding babies or smiling kids. There are loads of Celebrations when kids reach milestones or transition from group to group. We've love Bike days, bounce days,Splish Splash. and the allergen-free suntan lotion! I really love hearing my 3-year-old chatting away about his friends and Ms. Kim & Richie..
