AWESOME! THE DIRECTOR AND THE TEACHERS ARE WONDERFUL.
MY SON HAS BEEN GOING TO GODDARD FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS AND I HAVE SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

As a current teacher at The Goddard School of Pasadena, MD I can say from personal experience how much the owner and management go out of their way for the teachers and classrooms. For example, my co-teacher and I needed a few items for our classroom to make it better for the infants in our care. We requested some new rugs, play mats and chairs. They had us sit down and pick the items we wanted out. They have also been very good with requesting days off. In child care it is ratio based. You need to have a certain amount of teachers for the number of children, so they take this into account when teachers request off. Overall it has been a great experience and I enjoy coming to work everyday with my fellow co-teacher and children.

I really appreciate my daughter's teachers, Mrs. Bonnie & Jen and how they love on her. Providing instruction and direction through work and play, everything about the Pre-K room is amazing!!

They give one homework packet in pre-k each month and there is no rush in getting it turned in.

They help build strong friendships. They help give them words to communicate when they have a problem instead of hurting them.

I sent my daughter to The Goddard School for her pre-k year of preschool. She had great teachers and a great experience. My daughter built a very close relationship with her teachers. She learned so much more than just abc's and how to count. She learned how to be a good friend and a valuable part of the community.

The Goddard School of Pasadena has given my daughter not only a place to grow and develop, but also a safe and loving environment. When she started in the 12-18 month old classroom I was a little weary because it was the first time I would be sending my daughter to a daycare center, but shortly after I realized that Goddard was not a daycare center but a school. Every morning I was always greeted with a friendly smile and even though drop offs can be tough, her teachers made it comforting to both of us. The school also provides a great transition process. Allowing the children to receive adequate time in her new classroom before starting in there completely. Each group of teachers and classroom are a perfect fit for their age group and really encourage the children to grow and build great relationships with not only the children, but the parents too. I felt like I could always express my needs and worries if any. Now my daughter is currently in the early two's room and is excited to come to school each morning. It feels amazing to be able to drop your child off at a place that you know will benefit her, but will also take care of her with the same love and affection as you do.

The teachers here are very interactive with all students, they also have alot of activities plan for everyday of the week. The teachers also give you a daily report on how your child is improving, or where your child might need some improvement. I love this school and all the teachers, definitely recommend this school to anyone who wants their kid to have a jump start on education and social interactions.

The best thing about this school is the facilities and equipment. Unfortunately, the teacher turnover the past year has been awful. I don't think the management treats the teachers very well, even though the teachers themselves seem to be pretty good. We've been at this school long enough to know that this was never such an issue before. I also think they are outrageously expensive and this year the monthly charges have increased again. However, we stay because our kids love it there and it is a really safe environment. For the most part, the lesson plans are outstanding and the kids really thrive. There are strict guidelines and rules which keeps structure which all the kids need. The school is always clean and tiddy and wonderfuly decorated. If you don't mind the cost and teacher turnover, then you will probably love sending your kids here. We are trying to stick it out in hopes that the teacher turnover will improve and it will then be worth the price again.

I don't think the 1,200 characters allowed in this box to rave on how great this school is can provide enough room. From the greeting on the tour, the consistent everyday care and amazing staff, the cleanliness, the professionalism, the candor, it was all amazing. Then the referral list was great because at the top of the list was two parents I knew and then as the year went on I continued to run into other parents I knew and that further validated how we felt about Goddard. This is the flagship standard of childcare and this staff at this school is beyond amazing. Kudos to the Owner, The Director, The Assistant Director, and every single caregiver on their staff.
