Crestview Montessori School

This school is a gem. Our son, now just under 4.5 yo, has been attending for the past 2 years. He goes to school every morning with a smile, never cried, always looking forward to meeting his classmates and his teachers. The staff is amazingly kind, attentive, and dedicated to the well-being and development of the kids – academically, socially, emotionally. The Montessori method does wonders in general, and at Crestview in particular. Highly recommended.

Our daughter (then aged 3.5) joined Crestview a year ago after we moved from the UK. It’s a gem. It’s a small, mixed age group pre-school with c.15 children aged 2.5-6. There is really nice, close-knit, multicultural group of children who get on really well together and support each other in their learning and development. It’s a Montessori so the older children mentor the younger ones, good for learning on both sides. The staff are exceptional, kind, and deeply care about the children. They have created a warm, supportive, and nurturing environment, and are attuned to the needs of each child. Our daughter is making great progress on her reading, writing, and fine motor skills. They also do a lot of creative work (painting, singing, dancing etc.). Thoroughly recommend; our daughter is very happy there.

My daughter’s and us as parents best experience of school since we’ve been in this country. I am a teacher my self and a parent of 2. I know when a place is good for my kids . This one is not good it’s the best one !!! I strongly recommande this school for their academics and for the happiness and well being of your child. I would of love for my daughter to grow and do her entire education in this school.

We are frome France. My daughter’s first languige in franch. She reads talk and speak very well English now. Nothing is impossible with this school.

This is a gem of a school! In retrospect, I don't think that we could have made a better choice for our two sons' first experience with education from the ages of 3 to 6. My eldest is a graduate now, who placed in the top percentiles in reading and math after three years with Ms. Winebrenner, Although, I think what truly stays with him the most is the confidence he gained from all of the personal attention at Crestview. While he has made a smooth transition to his new school, he continues to ask to return to Crestview for visits. As a parent, I don't think that there is a greater satisfaction than knowing that your child's curiosity and love of learning is being fostered in a nurturing environment. We will be forever grateful to Ms. Winebrenner and her caring staff for providing both of our children with a strong foundation in education and a great deal of personal attention.

We had an excellent experience here. The instructors are top-notch and the individual attention is priceless. We were concerned about small class size and how that might affect my son's transition, in first grade, to public school. He was very much prepared socially and academically and made a beautiful transition that built on the skills acquired at Crestview. It was a tough commute for us but we feel it was well worth the effort and would choose it again; we feel lucky to have had it as an option.

Crestview gave my 3 boys a great start in life. The teachers were very nurturing and caring while maintaining strong expectations for behavior and taking care of the classroom. The Montessori classroom was well laid-out, encouraging social, academic, and motor skills development. All 3 kids were very well prepared for elementary school - top of their classes in reading and math. And they have a love of learning that I believe was fostered at Crestview.

Crestview's teachers and staff are unparalleled in the area. They provide a rich learning environment where every child can thrive, and where every child is treated respectfully and his or her individual needs are met fully. My third child is now being taught by Crestview tachers, as were my previous two; years down the road, my family and I are reaping the benefits of an outstanding preschool education. I could not ask for a better start in life for my child.

Crestview was a wonderful environment for our son. The teachers have the right mix of caring, instruction and allowing the children to be independent and grow at their own pace. I can see that my son is better equipped to make decisions and knows what it means to help and to teach others based on what he learned at Crestview. Crestview was a fantastic choice for us and our son.
