My daughter has been with this school for almost 3 years now (ages 18m-4 years). We love it. The teachers are genuinely kind and and make significant effort despite often being understaffed and overworked. There are a lot of parents who do not abide by the rules and still send their children in while sick/contagious or refuse to pick them up. This leads to the teachers getting sick (which is what happened in another review from last fall). Teachers and staff are too nice to keep these parents in check.
My daughter is being taught much more than our friends children who attend different preschools, and she is often learning what most kindergartners are learning (and has been since turning 3). Staff also comes up with clever art projects and sensory play experiments that the kids love. We always feel that she is in great care and safe. Grateful for this school and especially the teachers and staff.

Unfortunately, this school is a waste of money unless you enjoy paying full 5 day price for about 2-3 days of care. These teachers search (and sometimes are untruthful) about your childs health, just looking for reasons so send them home. Over the last 8 weeks Ive probably had my child home on an average of 1-2 days a week. With a 50+ hour a week job, drained PTO, and anxiety of getting the call - we had to pull our child out.
Other odd incidences include the fact that so many staff called out one day, if you didnt bring your child in by 9am, you werent able to bring them in for care that day. On a random Wednesday. The unpredictability is insane!
Lastly- the director is either overworked or part time- as shes never there. Nice woman, however unfortunately doesnt hire good staff who actually want to teach and care for your children.

Allow a teacher to return after screaming and put hands on a child.

There is some great teachers here but due to poor management they don't stay for long.

I don't usually write reviews but after having to relocate my children due to a teacher scream in my daughter face and putting her hands on her I am here. We contacted Play and Learn after hearing this about this incident from our daughter, Play and Learn removed the teacher from the room for a couple weeks to complete training and now will be allowed back into the room with the children. We had been going to this preschool for over 5 years, they can't keep the good teachers. It has been a revolving door for the last 3 years. Poor management!!!
