Our three children have been with NHMS and we have found the school to be excellent. Teaching staff keeps parents up-to-date, HAC is current and leadership is accessible. Our youngest is on a 504 and the staff has been supportive. The PTA keeps students engaged and after school clubs have been fun.

The school so far in my child time there has been great! The staff has been very kind and there have been no bullying cases. The teachers will be there for the students and don't go to hard on them unless they academically need it.

Would recommend this school!!!

To be honest this school has very ineffective leadership

Overall we have had a positive experience. I do think the leadership likes to keep their head in the sand far too much. Some of the teachers are amazing............others, not so much!

North Harford Middle School is, in my opinion, the worst school you could ever send a child to. The administration is completely unorganized. They do not take bullying matters serious enough, and they are not dependable when it comes to providing a safe environment for the students. The teachers are seriously lacking the motivation and skills needed to help students learn. Teachers at NHMS are in one word, lazy! They do not provide adequate help to their students, and administration allows it.

Not impressed. Middle school has been a wash. Hope high school is better. Teacher quality is relatively low with worksheets seemingly the norm.
