Kind teachers and good community, there’s loads of extra curricular activities and opportunities for students to excel. They try hard to listen to students and put a lot of effort into allowing everyone to have a voice and equal opportunity. I hope they can improve in assisting individual students. Overall, a very good school.

A great school if you're moving to Ellicott City, and I have to say it's a community school. The staff and teachers are amazing and friendly. They will go out of their way to support your child and are understanding. The school is diverse, had a few of my children graduate from Hebron and they are missing their teachers and the school. Ms. Winters is always helpful whenever you need her and the front office is welcoming.

I have 1 child at Hebron. This school has been above and beyond my expectations. We moved here 11 years ago for the schools and haven't been disappointed. I really feel the faculty cares about my child.

We have two children currently attending Mount Hebron High School and could not be happier. We have one child who is in mostly AP classes and one who is in on grade and they are both excelling. This school has a strong sense of community, the teachers are great, the coaches are great and we have never had any issues with bullying. My children have made many new friends here of various races and ethnicities, it is very diverse. Highly recommend this school.

Mount Hebron - Previously we lived in PG county and my son attended private school. When it was time to transition to high school, I research the best schools in various counties and Howard County won my vote hands down. I chose to send my son to Mount Hebron because I researched the statistics and I felt this would be a good fit for him. Teachers were very helpful and saw that my son had a willingness to succeed, there were a couple of teachers that did not exhibit a willingness to help but that was just a couple in his 4yrs of attending Mt. Hebron. My son is now a senior, Class of 2015, and although there has been a couple of challenges, overall this school was the best choice we could have made for his education.

Top notch school with motivated students and teachers in a welcoming and supportive environment. Heavy workload that includes some level of "busy work" could be reduced without sacraficing learning.

This school, while challenging, is amazing. The teachers, overall, are very willing to stay after school or come in early to help students to better understand material. They all really want to be there. Obviously, there are a few teachers who don't fit this mold, but those are few and far between. Some majorafter school activities include an award winning marching unit (over 15% of the school is involved), fantastic musicals, state champion drill team, and tons of active clubs and activities. The community surrounding the school is very strong and supportive of all school events. A great place to be, full of traditions.

Unfriendly, rude staff. Some of the teachers are dishonest, along with the principal. Only a few good teachers. Athletic department rigged. Poor rating!!!!!!!! Wish I would have transferred my child to another school!!!!
