This school does not support students at all. Counselors are callous and do not care about the students. Teachers share inappropriate personal information. Students constantly bully and harass students while teachers watch and do nothing. Teachers constantly make students cry by screaming at them and ridiculing them in front of the class. This school worsens students mental health while encouraging destructive behaviors. It is an unsafe environment with many students being punched and pushed into lockers, often having to leave school early. Teachers are blind to bullying, and will often make them feel horrible. Students will harass other students and engage in inappropriate behavior without backlash.

This school is horrible. I have a son who comes home from lots of racist slurs said to him/her. And when talked to the counselors they didnt do anything about it and told him to stop talking to them and deal it by himself.

This school is horrible. The teachers are rude and do not encourage you. Students brought alcohol, and it is an unsafe environment. When someone was going to kill themselves the counselors did nothing, and sent everyone back to class. Three people last year had horrible mental health because of the harsh school environment. This school does not protect students from bullying and harsh behavior. Many teachers are unprofessional, do not accept feedback or questions, and will yell at you until you cry. One even shared inappropriate personal information to the class.

My kids are having a great middle school experience here. Lots of diversity and flexibility in teaching students.

Most only assign homework when practice of a specific skill is needed for retaining information.

They are not afraid to try something new and most teachers try to have fun with the students on a regular basis, while they are learning.

The new principal and assistant principal respond to issues with the students and are always welcoming when I call or are in the building.

The principal and certain staff members are unprofessional, I feel as if they can improve greatly. Some teachers do not do much for the kids who are struggling, I even witnessed a teacher who called a kid "pathetic" because he did not meet her expectations which are quite high since some students are not as physically athletic as others, and that was only one incident.
