I currently go there, and the experience is amazing! The staff is diverse (mostly), and the teachers educate well and are funny. Bullying is rare and I haven't seen an incident of this except once. Also, there are many extracurricular activities that you can choose from. The school building is clean and has a whole floor per grade level! Everything about it is amazing. If you're thinking about enrolling your child here, please do so. You won't regret it!

Sucks. The staff team does not ask the students what they believe could make the school betterand insteadcare only about the reputation and cleanliness of the school. The school isnt diverse, nobody l is welcoming/has a welcoming nature, majority of the students are racist and homophobic, make rape jokes consistently, and theres plenty of bullying going on. However, not one step has been taken to prevent these from happening, as I said, they only care about their reputation and cleanliness. None of the teachers take atleast a second to inform their students about how they shouldnt be making and saying such vulgar jokes, but no. The staff team itself is mainly compromised of white, cisgender, straight women and, sometimes, men. Not only is there a diversity problem within the students, there is one with the staff team. This school needs to be fixed.

It was terrible and made me feel anger/boredom throughout my experience.

They give out way too much and don't stagger it between classes.

Many are rude and make extremely inappropriate comments.

I think the amount of homework is low. Way too often my 2 non AP kids come home saying that their homework was done in class. In my opinion, if it can be done in class then it isn't homework & what is the class time being used for. My AP student however, has a very amount adequate amount of homework.

All of the teachers seem to be really invested in their students! The level of school/home communication is amazing! They are VERY responsive to communications from home as well.

Their motto is ROCK = Responsibility - Optimism - Courage - Kindness

Ditto to my "Teachers" comments. The leadership is totally supportive of the staff, the students and the families.

The school staff are engaging the students at levels that I am not accustomed to within the public school system. The private school setting and the discipline instilled by the stellar principal are second to none in my opinion. My son loves waking up every morning to go to school and learn to become a productive member of society. Keep up the good work and this school deserves a 10

It's quite impressive what they're trying to do over there. I'm impressed. Everyone seems to be onboard and understand the way forward and are working together to get there--including the Kids. I hope they continue in that trajectory. It feels almost like prep school.

The review about the teachers not being able to teach is bull. Farquhar is an excellent school. The teachers try their best to work with you to help you succeed. Many kids throughout the world blame their problems on teachers. This is because they are not giving enough effort to try to succeed and work with the teachers. At Farquhar everyone treats everyone like family and that's exactly how a school should be. I believe that Farquhar is an amazing place to send your child to.

the school is not good, because the teachers are rude, bad, and unreasonable. some of the teachers there can't teach.

Farquhar is not all it is made out to be. Administrators here are superficial and self fulfilling. The teachers, although good (some of them), some need to reevaluate there career choice. They are puppets that lack power, thus failing to speak out for our children that need help. They spent little time on course work and never stays a day late for your child. The grade of a 9 given to this school is largely based on school location and other factors. Including the fact that children retake test until they pass. Basically, they do anything to look good, even interact with you and your children.
