Former North Kansas employee Dennis Hernadez was indicted for filming child **** at North KC elementary schools. Briarcliff was listed as one of the schools he subbed at for 4 years. He was also a staff member at Adventure Club, a before and after school program.

The school is great for both my girls. The teachers have all cared about my children and helped them through any difficulties they have had. They communicate well, and offer opportunities to engage with the school.

If you call the counselor, admin or principle for something they ALWAYS make it a priority to get brah with you ASAP!

I would actually like to see a lil more change on this situation. As far as communication between the parentson both sides of the offender and victim pet say. And counselor teacher and principle. When a child is bullied or hit there's no incident report sent home no meeting and there's confidential info for the offender but that's it. The victim gets NOTHING. No REAL Promise for safety, no resolution really. None for the parent either....

This school has given us issues since day one. We finally decided to pull our daughter out and start somewhere new before our son hit kindergarten. The principle is absolutely terrible! No people skills what so ever. Coming from a family full of educators, I was shocked to see the way this school functions. You have a 50/50 chance of having a good interaction with the front desk, the darker haired lady is a doll, the older blonde woman is rude and not approachable. If you live in the area, its worth paying for a private school, or a transfer.
