It is currently my senior year here at WHS, and I've come to really appreciate the diversity this school has especially compared to all the surrounding schools. Traveling to other schools for sporting events for example, you learn a lot of schools have one or two demographics, and everything is basically the same. With WHS you never know what you'r gonna get. From the rural kids, to the inner city kids, the the foreign kids, to the kids who have lived here their whole life, we have it all and we all embrace each-other and this school together. There is also a large population of military children to where you can relate to a lot of people.

This school has its issues, I have three children who as of this year will have graduated here. My first daughter had both of her knee caps broken by a P.E teacher who insisted that her fall while running was just her 'being weak' I have twins who will graduate this year and again the teachers attitude seem to be a major issue here. They definately run by thier own book and tend to not take the time to get know an individual child, It easier I guess to just stereotype people. While this is still high school I would expect more from the staff and would of hoped that they would of shown a higher level of maturity.

I sent my daughter here from beginning to Thanksgiving Break of this year, due to orders we had to move. She enjoyed the school. I liked what it had to offer. We had to work out a few kinks in the beginning but worked through them. The only downfall to the school is that I feel it is too big with too many students. The parents and students can get lost pretty quick. If I had to keep sending my child to this school I would. It was a nice experience and the teachers and office staff communicate great with the parents. Thanks WHS.
