I love this school! I believe that if you really give it a chance by getting involved and getting to know people you will have a great time. Everything isn't perfect, but you can definitely tell that the administrators are working really hard to improve weaker areas. I'm a senior and each year I've been here it has gotten better. This year we are even competing for WITN's "How Cool is Your School" which means we are going to be on tv for 2 hours showcasing how great our school is. East Duplin is the BEST school around!

Well This Is a Great School. Teachers Are Great Lunch And Learn Is Awsome You Can Either Hang Out With Your Friends, Eat Lunch, Or Go To Tutorials To Improve And Review Your Classes That You Are Failing. It's Pretty Great I Highly Recomend It . And The Transportation Is Ok. I Mean It's A lido Overloaded On The Buses And Some People Have Bad Times To Get On Buses But You Can Drive There And Pay Money To Park Here Or They Can Bring You. It's Great I Love This School

East Duplin is the best school I've been to. I've been to other schools in the county and out of the county and East Duplin has been by far the most supportive of my children. The school looks great and the teachers actually act as if they love my kids. My kids are both involved in multiple clubs, both have played on different athletic teams that the school has, and both love the school. This is the happiest that I've seen my kids and they will both graduate as East Duplin Panthers!

East Duplin is a terrible high school. I have gone to it for a while and have lived in the area for years and it sucks. The education is subpar, there are few class choices, some teachers definitely need some refreshing on teaching and the whole school vibe sucks. The only classes that actually provide any challenge are honors or online unless you have a terrible teacher. The regular classes leave you learning little most of the times. The honor classes while better are just more work sometimes not necessarily more learning. The school looks run down as well. I would not send my child here if I had one, most of those who say they would have never been anywhere else or anywhere better. Another bad thing is the lack of extracurricular activities. If you have other options I would consider them for sure!
