I have had 2 kids go through this school and have had only a good experience. The teachers have all been amazing and my kids loved it.

My daughter has gone through pre-k through 2nd grade at Brainerd School. We have had great teachers and staff who encourage my child and all students that I have seen over the years. Lots of fun activities for the kids and a great all around district.

There seems to be a fair amount of homework. With today's kids being in multiple activities the amount seems manageable

Brainerd has always focused on being honest and fair. Kids love having Brainerd pride, which includes these traits.

The minute you walk in the doors of John Brainerd school you immediately feel welcome! This school has given my kids an amazing experience! The teachers and staff are there to help every child that enters the school and they do so willingly! The downfall is the parking and pick up and drop off.

The school has caring teachers and is academic challenging. The learning atmosphere is that in that all learners needs are met.

We are very happy with our child's experience at Brainerd School. His teachers have been warm, caring, and very knowledgeable. Our child loves art, music, and PE also. The school nurse is amazing! She went out of her way to help my child after he got sick at school; she helped him, called us, and comforted my child until we could get there. We have been very happy with the changes in the parking lot too which have made pick up and drop off a lot easier. The main office staff is the best!!
