My child Is Asian and she gets a lot of racist comments and when she goes to the office to tell them to do something about it, the staff does nothing to help eliminate the discrimination. After another student kept bothering my child, making her feel uncomfortable, she went to the office and once again, they did nothing to stop the other student's behavior and the disrespect from the teachers and staff is unbelievable. My child had a bloody nose and the teacher grabbed a towel and stuffed it up her nose instead of letting her see the burse. She comes home crying almost every single day after school and tells me all the disrespectful things that have been said to her. Many racial slurs were included. Another factor that proves this school is not a good environment for kids Is that their budget has been cut and they fired so many loving teachers that my child worked well with and now she has no teachers that will sit and help her with work. The teachers are underpaid but they are also unqualified. Even I could be a better teacher. Students have feelings and since this school cannot understand that, I will never recommend this school to anyone.

Wow!! Amazing school district!!! Love it!! Old fashioned all American small town school where the kids learn A LOT and are not constrained by the extreme rules that have ruined other districts. Nothing wrong with having a Christmas party, candy on Halloween, pledging allegiance to the flag or visiting one of the local Pig or Horse farms. Tight knit old farm town where kids can see each other in church, at the local food store, ice cream stand, out hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes or at the local racetrack. So kids know each other well and the teachers really really really care about all of them.

We recently moved to the area with our kids being enrolled in 3 of the New Egypt schools. We are very impressed and happy with the schools, faculty and students.
