I cannot say enough about how amazing of a school SJA is. It is truly a family community. My child has grown so much and is academically ahead for their age group. We as a family enjoy the religious aspect of SJA and how the values and morals are embedded in each lesson. Great school and community!

I am incredibly happy with this school; it has made a significant difference in my child's life. The school takes a whole child approach so that all aspects of their wellbeing are taken care of. I was taken aback by some of the other reviews regarding bullying, we have not noticed anything like that in this regard. Our experience in the local public school had a serious bullying issue. If anything, it's been the very opposite, the administration takes issues like that very seriously and they're dealt with quickly. The community is great, the teachers and principal are kind and welcoming and the parish leaders are amazing as well.

This is more then a school, this is a loving and nurturing community! Absolutely the best school for our sons, the teachers, administrators, and all employees are the best! I would give it 100 stars if I could!

This is the best school ever! Here are a few reasons why. (This is from a student)
1. They have lots of nice sports (basketball, soccer, volleyball, and golf).
2. Everyone is so nice there.
3. The school has a police officer watching which I think is so nice.

many years later from the last review posted by someone else and nothing has changed. This school still has a serious bullying issue. Stay away at all cost is my recommendation.

My child was bullied, and made to feel that they were imagining what was happening to them, & made so miserable at SJA would frequently ask to stay home sick. When asked to describe the time spent at SJA , Bad. Very, very bad, actually torture was the reply. The only bright spot in two years there was the 1st Grade teacher, who was truly a beautiful christian lady. Unfortunately for SJA, that teacher has retired. Leaving 2nd Grade my child was significantly delayed academically. After moving her from SJA much of the delay was able to be made up, and left 3rd Grade on grade level. I was raised catholic. My parents were founders of the SJA Parish. I believed that SJA would be a nurturing, loving environment. I feel ashamed, and deeply regret the 2 years spent there.
