this school is filled with racism, homophobia, etc. you guys do NOTHING about bullying, and the teachers shouldn’t be insulting the students and calling them lazy. the gym teachers there cannot run a single lap while they tell us to run faster. the admins and guidance specialize the kids that do the bullying and harassment, but you could care less about the actual kids who are getting bullied. This school is terrible.

This school claims to have a policy for bullying but it is all smoke and mirrors. The administration lies to parents and does not protect their students. They allow children to threaten physical and bodily harm on students. Allowing these same students to have no consequences and Still threatening to fight children and even kill. They allow children to be bullied and do not provide a safe environment for children to learn. They try to cover up the truth instead of trying to make it a better place. School is where our children go to learn and be in a safe environment. They should be able to trust the administration and not fear that they will not be protected.

Very good school I went there when I was 14

I'm a parent of an 8th grade student at Carussi. I'm also a Guidance Counselor at another school. My son loves Carussi. He's an average student and the teachers, Guidance Counselor and Administration have been working with him to do well. It's a very good school with a majority of faculty members who really care and help the kids.

My daughter started 6th grade in Carusi this year, and although I get the usual complaints about homework, she is doing well. The school staff seems enthusiastic about teaching the children and the principal is personable.

I love this school and my daughter has done fantastic here! The Administrative team and Guidance Counselor are caring and helpful. I feel bad for the student who was "bullied", but they obviously never reported it. I find them to be on the ball with stuff. My child wears jeans and t-shirts everyday because she wants to and no one else has ever said two words to her. The teachers will either come in early, stay late or help the students during their lunch break if they need help. My only complaint is at some of the dances the girls wear inappropriate attire. However, I place all the blame on the parents for letting them look like street walkers!
