Save your money this school is a horrible place to spend it. The teachers and faculty staff do not spend enough time caring about the children, or their education. A lot of children have complained about their teachers treating them differently based on their skin tone. The kids in the school are a very bad influence on others. Bullying and racism have taken a big part of this schools system and it has not been dealt with. Kids have tried to speak up about to teachers, staff, and principal and it still didnt get the help it needed. Their education also is another prime issue, my kids had a really hard time understanding formula with little to no help from teachers. The money they endure isnt spent well either. This school has had ceiling leaks, mouse problems, and just a horrible environment for your children.

Please be careful when choosing to send your children to Kings. The principal for the elementary, middle, and high school does not seem to genuinely care about the students or their well-being. Many concerns from students and parents are ignored instead of being properly addressed.

The leadership at the school feels more focused on protecting the schools image than actually helping students succeed academically, emotionally, and socially. A good principal should make students feel supported, safe, and heard, but that has not been the experience here. Communication with families is poor, and there is little accountability when problems arise.

The school has potential, but strong leadership is extremely important, and unfortunately that is one of the biggest weaknesses at Kings. Parents should carefully consider whether this environment is the right fit for their children before enrolling them.

This school was a horrible experience and a waste of money. Racism and other forms of discrimination are rampant and the students often get away with it. It was hard to make friends here because the school is so cliquey. Youre better off sending your kids to a public school, honestly.

This school was such a disappointment. The bullying is rampant and dispute much proof and complaints, it was not dealt with. Parents are never called if something is going on with your child. Many teachers do not display Christian character. Small children are shamed for many things, including the color of their skin. The academics are so disappointing. My children knew how to tell time before going to school. I stopped asking them constantly to tell me the time because I thought the school would be consistently teaching them. After two years of my children going there, both of my children forgot how to tell time. It turns out that they only teach time and money for one week out of the year and they do not reiterate it anymore. They only teach science and social studies one day a week. My children were so far behind in their academics when we left, which is disappointing for how much I spent to send them. I sent my kids there for the education and Christian character. This school was worse than a public school, because they refused to abide by HIB investigation laws. My children learned what twerking is because the Butterfly ball had girls twerking all evening without anyone stopping them. There were also sexual songs played. My kids learned a lot of stuff at this school that I have had to retract them, which was shocking.

I attended this school from K-12. It is not a good school. I was very underprepared for college. Some of the teachers were kind and good teachers, but overall they did not have a background in education and were not adequately trained to teach. Little was done to appropriately screen faculty and when concerns were raised about faculty that endangered students, it was ignored and students who brought it to the attention of the administration were punished. There was no apology or support given to the students endangered or hurt by the faculty. This is not a place you want to trust with your children. It's also an incredible waste of money. So many public schools in South Jersey are very highly rated. Save your money. Give your kids a better education.

There is significant faculty turnover at The Kings Christian School because the pay is poor and the workload is high. The elementary and middle school/high school operate in many regards as if they were two different schools. Previous leadership came off as sharp and condescending that left a poor impression and lingering bitter taste. That said, there are some individuals among the faculty and staff that are some of the best sort of people who sincerely love God and the students and are exemplary Christian role models for living out servant leadership.

Save your $...this school & the kids are no different than any other school. It's a lot of $ & the same old headaches. You've been warned. Unfortunately, the teachers are great and all of the staff but save your cash.

Homework is 40% of students grades. I thought homework was practice from instruction

Teachers dont publish assignments on a timely basis. Students turn in assignments but they will publish missing instead of not graded.

The Kings Christiam School is perfect for my kids. My daughter and my son have made wonderful improvements, not only academically but also with their self esteem.
They became more outgoing, like to do their classwork, and are more motivated to do classwork. We love that Christian values are infused in every aspect of the academic training. It's important for us that they pray daily at school so that our children grow up with prayer being a natural part of their lives. The smile on my kids' face every day says it all. Even their friends are a much better influence than in previous school. We love TKCS and we look forward to many more years as part of the TKCS family!

This school is riding on a reputation from the past. There is a major disconnect between families and administration. Administration comes off as condescending in many circumstances. The high school is being filled with international students in order to keep numbers up. It's a shame, it was a great school once and the potential is still there.

This school has an excellent academic program, aggressive athletics, and a strong emphasis on Biblical integration. The teachers and administration are student centered and always have time for students and parents. Student and parent concerns and ideas are always heard. There is help for students with the college admissions process and students are well prepared to enter the college of their choice.

The academics here are sub-par. Teacher quality is hit or miss and teachers do not have the resources needed for the "academic excellence" they claim to provide. The school is more liberal than expected, concerts and events include a lot of secular music. Leadership is not very receptive to parent concerns.

I have always found the faculty & staff to be more than willing to meet with me. I appreciate the support as a parent trying to raise Godly kids. Knowing we are ALL sinners, I have found more of a humbleness and wanting the best for the student. Also, willing to update programs/curriculum when needed.
