The teachers are underpaid and the principal isn't aware of her duties. She lacks the actual intellect to run the school. Thus students and parents manipulate her how ever they want. Although this school has a 100 percent graduation rate, college retention is less than 50 percent. Which means your child will get into a school but will not have skills to keep up and hence drop out of college.

Teachers are unappreciated and assistant staff is even more unappreciated.

Posted: March 6, 2019

Kids cheat on all homework’s and never do it on their own.

Posted: March 6, 2019

Most teachers are great at what they do, but the Special education department could appreciate the assistant help receive, but choose not too and pay is terrible.

Posted: March 6, 2019

The kids curse worst then sailors and all choose colleges close too home so they don’t have to grow up... shame

Posted: March 6, 2019

No such thing at RHS these kids are allowed to do whatever they want.

My child is doing great but with the large number of students and the decreasing number of teachers. The classes are becoming crowded even in the Honors and AP level. That shouldn't be happening but the schools can't seem to hold on to their employees. Something is wrong and being hidden from us parents.

Posted: September 13, 2018

Effective if your child is in Honors or AP otherwise with it's mediocre.

Effective if your child is in Honors or AP otherwise with it's mediocre. There are some teachers in Honors or AP courses who need to be more challenging. Also the continued rotation of new teachers don't help the situation either.

Not 100% true as there is bullying going on and everyone turns a blind eye.

Posted: September 13, 2018

No opinion...yet. I haven't heard anything but what I do know is that school leadership also favors. I mean we live in a small town "bubble".

Depends on the teacher, most are amazing but a few newer teachers are terrible and cannot teach.

Posted: March 16, 2016

Students cheat on a daily basis. though the school makes an effort to improve upon that, they cannot fix what they cultivated for four years.

Posted: March 16, 2016

Nothing really special about the school, in fact it is getting worse over the years. The teachers are slowly leaving because the township doesn't pay them nearly enough, the sports teams suck, the theater department is falling apart, but robotics is amazing. Bullying is an issue especially in the senior class popular crowd the parties very other weekend.

I moved here, and left behind a top-ranked public school - actually ranked on of the top five in the state. However, at that former school the kids were hyper-competitive against each other, lacked respect for the community, were not taught integrity, and the anxiety and angst was high. Further, at the old school - even though they were ranked high, they had big, packed to capacity classes sizes. By comparison, Robbinsville operates more like a small nurturing private school with smaller classes, and yet top notch teachers and academics. Kids here are happier, freer, just as smart, and balanced. My child actually got more honors and higher grades here than at the prior one where she was just a number in a fierce environment. Robbinsville is a hidden gem. The teachers and guidance team are incredibly dedicated and caring.

Because the culture in this school flows down from the leadership who are adamant about developing an environment that is positive, open , nurturing respectful, community oriented. They shut down - in two seconds flat - any of the student against student behavior that can sometime develop in high school.

Robbinsville high school is a wonderful school found in a wonderful town. If you're not from the area, Robbinsville is a beautiful and safe town to live in. We're at the center of it all; being an hour from both Manhattan and Philadelphia, we're in a very secure and popular location. The school truly prepares you for the future. Teachers are well educated, caring, and fun to learn from. There's a variety of clubs and organizations so you're bound to make friends (trust me, I'm a bit shy and I've made plenty of friends!) In all, this is a wonderful school to attend. I graduated last year (2013) and truly benefitted from my four years there. Great school!

Moved to the area last year with a special needs child and senior . The school district and teachers have been nothing less than awesome! I love the school system here. The schools have excellent programs and really strive to educate the youth and keep the community involved.

From the time your child enters the door as a Freshman, they feel secure and that this is their school. If your child is at the top of their class or is in need of extra help, this is a great place to be. Moreover, wait and see as the test scores will continue to elevate.

Small yet fairly diverse student body. Wide variety of interests represented. AP classes are small and well taught. Staff and admin are very caring and approachable. Being a new high school it seems to be getting better with time.

My child has friends and finds most of the kids respectful and friendly. The sports programs are competitive and the teachers are fair when it comes to assignments and workload. I would recommend this school to other parents.
