All of my children have attended Triggs. I have nothing but good things to say about this school. The teachers are amazing, the communication is consistent and they hold the students to a high standard.

The teachers not only bully students they also bully each other!!

Kids are bullied, it's covered up! Teachers are bullied, covered up too! This school has went downhill!!

The principal at this school is horrible!! She will cover anything up and doesn't care about the students! Look around at surrounding schools. They have sports and extra curricular activities, Triggs has nothing! They just got rid of Computer Class 2 years ago and Science this year.

They don't include the special classes in everything.

If you bully someone there's no repercussions! If your child's being bullied you will get no help from administration.

We are very pleased with our experience at Triggs elementary. My children have thrived & we love all of the teachers and support staff that we have encountered over the last few years.

My child has been going to Triggs since Kindergarten. Every teacher has been awesome and we both look forward to each school year, anxious to meet another great teacher at this school. We are still friends with all the previous teachers who always remember us and stop to say "hello" and inquire about how the new school year is going when ever we see them. I am part of the PTSO and they are the most motivated and involved group of parents I know. A gem of a school in North Las Vegas!

I love this school. My son goes here and is part of their autism program. We have never had any issues with bullies or bad teachers. The staff is great. Principal is involved in every child. Absolutely wonderful! Being an autism mom I worry about my son's safety. I got lily that he was zoned for this school.

This school is amazing!! All staff are there for the benefit of the children. What I don't see is enough parent involvement!! With my children they are challenged, encouraged, and worked with until they grasp all material. Not just left to flow through to the next grade level. I have a child that struggles and she is more then supported at this school. I have another that is gifted. He is always given extra incentives and work appropriate for him. I have not seen any bullying at this school that is way out if the ordinary "kid stuff" the teachers respond quickly and appropriately. Children get logical consequences, but if parents see it as the schools problem then these things will never be fixed. This is our society's problem as a whole not just an elementary school problem.

I love this school. My son did encounter a bullying in K. But a visit to the teacher quickly fixed that. The staff worked with the parents of the bully to enforce more acceptable behavior. The child was able to stay in the class without being labeled as a "problem child". I thought it was a good solution to the problem. Also, this school has so many activities for the parents to get involved in. Fundraising events in the evening, festivals, PTSO, volunteer at the school, etc... I have been very happy with all of the teachers that my child has been in contact with.

I love this school! The teachers are great and the staff is wonderful! My child is way above her peers who attend other schools!

Bullying is a problem here!!! Very rotten kids attend here..... My child missed school and had to go to counseling. Classes were arranged where these children were moved from her area and path. I was told the teachers would be watching. Boys were torturing a bird and teacher told my daughter to "go" and said NOTHING to the boys. NOTHING!!!! Get it together!!! Also, a teacher pushed my child!!!!! Nothing done. 24 cameras and nothing. This incident happened under old principal. Bullying under new principal... Office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Academics are challenging. Technology, projects, and class presentations are done used together throughout the year. Not enough homework, unless a project is due. Not enough feedback from teachers -- only know how they are doing during reporting periods. Very hard for a parent to ascertain what is going on in the classroom with so little homework... After school program is horrible!!!!! Kids hate it. Not fun at all and do not do any school work, clubs, art, nothing.... Disappointing. Academic- wise school is good. Everything else...not so much.

Triggs needs to get their act together on bullying. We have been dealing with a serious bullying problem that doesn't seem to end, primarily because the consequences are never serious enough. TEACHERS it is never ok to let it go! These are kids we are talking about, with developing self esteems, personalities, etc. Consequences need to be swift and severe. There are too many instances occurring at Triggs and I'm sure I don't know the half of it!
