The principal is probably going through a divorce, she is the nastiest woman to all her students and employees.

Our experience at this school was deeply impacted by poor administrative leadership and how serious issues were handled. Communication with teachers and administration was minimal throughout the year, despite repeated attempts to engage.
Most concerning was how reports of racially inappropriate comments toward our son were addressed. We do not feel the investigation was handled professionally or with appropriate sensitivity, and there was no meaningful follow-up or resolution from administration. Interactions with the principal felt dismissive and authoritarian rather than supportive or collaborative.
Due to concerns for our sons emotional well-being and sense of safety, we ultimately withdrew him from the school. Families should carefully consider leadership approach and how discrimination concerns are handled before enrolling.

My student has been there since it opened. My main complaint would be how the principal runs the school. Ive never heard a positive thing about her from fellow parents or staff. There is a high turnover of teachers and even parent volunteers because she has fired them or they quit. If a parents disagrees with her she will just respond with a legal letter. Communication about anything deemed negative is nonexistant. The school is run more military than for children.

Principal and teachers are truly amazing at this school. If you are relocating into the Skye Canon area its a great option!

Great school! I was there for 7th & 8th and really enjoyed Somerset Skye Canyon. The teachers were awesome as well as the staff and students! Definitely recommend if you can get enrolled through the drawing.
