My children have been students of this school since elementary. Although I have been very pleased with the teachers and the curriculum, the administration leaves a lot to be desired. Since the inception of the middle school it has become very evident that they are not equipped to handle children at that age group. Most of the teachers there are exemplary (Mrs. Phillips and Mr. Perez in particular) and in the past I would highly recommend this school but I have since rescinded all of my recommendations. Their lack of assistance with children with mental health and learning deficiencies is very disappointing. Their solution for handling these situations are to RPC the child. My initial desire was to have my children complete their middle school tenure as students of JMA - but thanks to their administration that will not happen.
