I do not recommend this school at all. Since last year my daughter was been bullied and the teacher she had took more action then the staff and principal. This was going tto be her 2nd year there and within the 2nd week of school she already had an incident. Principal and staff are rude and when it comes to an incident they lack on communication. I had to withdrawal my daughter from this school and transfer her to a different school.

Some of this schools teacher's are kind but the students are rude and inappropriate. On multiple occasions there were fights in the bathroom and no teachers stopped it and when they did the student who started it wasn't suspended or face little disability action.

The students at this school are BAD. Even the kindergartners know how to fight due to their older siblings,like my classmates from last school year Lamar and Derric. The whole 2 months Derric was at the school made me feel like I was going through torcher, and Lamar? He called me a failure.He would always hit me and accuse me of something I never did. Oh and Lamar? He called me a failure. The kids at this school are honestly so rude for no reason and I don’t even know why. My old classroom also has a water fountain CONNECTED TO THE URINEL. It’s so disgusting I’m so happy I left. The teachers at the school are ok it’s only the students who left my whole 2nd-5th grade year awful.

It is a terrible school due to lack of supervision and a lot of areas. My child has came home all year long telling me that kids in the restroom do sexualize activities even at a young age and the response we get from staff and office workers is that there is not enough teachers to keep an eye on students in the restroom or even to monitor any restroom moments during the day. My child has came home multiple times stating that kids in a restroom gang up in the stalls to do inappropriate activities and stuff and and my child is in the first grade, so I highly highly advise the staff in office to make a change. If not, I will look for legal actions.

This year the front office personnel have been so helpful with my children. Every time I come into the office Ms. Able goes above and beyond to help my son, who has severe anxiety. Even when parents in the neighborhood come in so disrespectful and rude, Ms. Able is always there with a smile helping my kids.

The worst school in Vegas. Allows bullying and does nothing about it. Lets teachers ignore their responsibility. None of the staff take accountability. Would rather homeschool my child. Definitely would NEVER recommend this school.

Cunningham is an amazing school. I have three kids that attend the school and my kids have made so many improvements over the year. My son, who is in the 5th grade, has not been able to read and now he is reading. We have been to 3 different schools and finally we have found a school with caring teachers. I also want to talk about a time when my kids missed several days of school due to an illness. The principal made a visit to my house with her team to see about my kid. I can't tell you how much that means to me.

This is the worst school my son has gone to. My son has ASD and every time he has an injury or I have a safety issue or even a question regarding his safety I speak with the teacher, principal and the facilitator and I get no help with them telling me what actually happened. They are always changing their story.

My son is getting picked on by the teacher everything something happening between him and another student my son is the one who's in trouble not the other kids I get calls from his teacher and I'm like this enough either switch his class or I'm taking Him the hell up out of that school

This is the worst school my daughter has been to.I have not once had a parent/teacher conference and school year is almost over. Worst teacher he has no communication skills and is very unprofessional.

This is the worst school that my child has ever attended. I wish I would have lied about our address and keep her in her previous school. No teacher involved learning (or at least not for the older kids). No accountability for the teachers. RUDE office staff. All these other post say if the parents would just get involved the school would be so much better...trust me I've tried. The school doesn't want parent involvment. They want robot teachers and robot students and parents who need to be "ok" with that.

My child had her recess taken away from her because the rest of her Kindergarten class was talking during class time. I complained and spoke with the principal she said she would check on it and call me right back. She never called me and now the teacher threats the Kindergartners recess doe a week if they don't be quite. Horrible school.

The school is a prime example of why Teachers unions are such a bad idea.. Kids are being forced to hold their bladder until they have an embarrassing accident... Forced to eat out of the trash...special ed LOSES students, and, before this review was written, fed the kids junk food. The only response to my review was a lawsuit threat from a rogue teacher.... School has no principal, or the vice principal is screening for him or her. Far too many rogue employees.

RUDE FRONT OFFICE STAFF- ESPECIALLY ELLEN OR HELEN, WHAT EVER HER NAME IS. RUDE, MEAN, UNCARING!! VICE-PRINCIPAL IS VERY NICE, THE PRINCIPAL IS UNREACHABLE, BECAUSEIF HELEN DECIDES IT'S NOT IMPORTANT SHE WILL NEVER GET THE MESSAGE. GREAT TEACHERS I WORKED WITH: MS. NAKANO WHO IS NO LONGER THERE, MS. BAKER PRE-K PRORAM. MS. BOYLE WAS OK , JUST NO PERSONALITY, BUT MY CHILD DID WELL. NO PARENT INVOLVEMENT, ONLY HIGH ACHIEVERS WIL SURVIVE HERE....I AM A BELEIVER, THAT EDUCATION STARTS IN THE HOME, LETS NOT EXPECT THE TEACHERS TO DO EVERYTHING.....WHEN I REQUESTED A ZONE VARIANCE, THEY DID NOT GRANT IT TO ME. The worst Office staff I have ever had to deal with. Even when answering the phone they are completely rude to you. The Teachers aren't to bad and some are even great there. If they only fired their Office staff and replaced them with hard working friendly people the School wouldn't so bad. I've been there for 2 years and have two children there. Never have I seen the Principal once in the last two years, We go to just about every School event too. I will say the Vice-Principal is at everything and is a very nice and seems to be hard working person. This is the first School I've ever been to where the parents aren't involved either. They have no PTA due to the fact no one joins it and will help the School improve. Not the best group of parents at this School. Therefore they have fewer family events but do try to do somethings for the kids at least.

Cynthia Cunningham is a wonderful school! My husband and I are getting divorced and the teachers and principal did a zone variance for both my girls (kindergarten & pre-k). This is a wonderful thing since their whole world is in an uproar.
