This is school alright but there is always a toilet that is messy, and fights happening 1 or 2 times a week. Those are the cons but the pros are alright teaching, fun and boring teachers, and good food for most of the time.

Constant fights, 50% chance you find a clogged toilet in bathroom, emotional support is mid, some classes are across the school (one of my periods keeps me late for class), too many distractions, home.... work

this school sucks kids are annoying and peolpe stay on there phones to much and dress code when teachers catch some body or any one doing something like talking and someone else says bad words they always see the person right there in frotn of them to get them expellded or suspended.
and the teachers never slow down on assignment its 5 paragraph assignment then a 95 question math assignment then a project then a AR book quiz then a Science project then another project its JUST the same thing over and over and over thats why kids at this school have bad grades because teachers put out to many assignments.

This is not a good school for children with disabilities. The school has a serious bullying problem and many of the children are "behavior kids." There are many good teachers here but you will have to deal with some problems from some of the administration if your child needs anything. It is just not worth the headache.

My daughter wento to Cram in 2013-2015 and I love the education except for one female math teacher that was rude and disrespectful to my daughter using profanity when she would get upset..
Each child is different and their needs are so.
But if we the parents are in top of their education they will be fine ..

I spent my whole middle school career at Cram, from 2016-2019, and I definitely rate it a 10 out of 10. Going into middle school I was an average As and Bs student, no honor roll, no passions, nothing special. Just counting down the days until high-school graduation. However, by my second year of middle school, I was already thriving in all accelerated classes, and I couldn't shut up about how much I loved all of my teachers and courses. I actually loved going to school! Cram offers a HUGE variety of after-school and early-bird classes. And they're even upgrading to an academy for technology and the arts starting the school year of 2019-2020. The school has devoted teachers trained to teach special needs classes. And even have an after-school club dedicated to kindhearted students spending their free time making friends with special needs students, who are usually made fun of and treated as outcasts. The staff is mostly friendly, I say mostly because as with most schools, there are a few grumpy teachers. I mean I would be grumpy if I had their job too though. One thing I will say though is that the cafeteria food leaves a lot to be desired, but that's an American public school system problem, and not just a Brian and Terri Cram Middle School problem. Sadly, it isn't like Europe where they feed the students five-star meals.

By the time that you're reading this you've probably read a couple of discouraging one-star reviews, either that or you're about to. But try to keep this one in mind. Especially considering that I have actually attended this school and have observed the pros and the cons that come with it. With the cons centralizing over mal-mannered, disrespectful students that every public school in America has. You know, the ones that only show up to school because it's a requirement. And disrespect the teacher when they get there because who cares about some old dude named Thomas Jefferson. And, let's be real here, these students picked up those bad character skills at home way before they arrived on campus. While the pros focus on determined staff members. I have actually witnessed all of this, unlike the parents leaving one-star reviews, who probably haven't even stepped foot on campus and are writing reviews purely based off of what their child, who probably hates school as much as the average stereotypical American teenager, tells them.

If your child has an IEP dont expect the school to follow through. They will let your child slip between the cracks.

I would rate this school a 0. The staff and teachers do not care about the students education. Instead they worry about if a child is carrying a cell in their pockets in class even if its not being used or a distraction. Half the children dont even know the meaning to simple words. The principal has a nasty attitude as well as some of the staff. If you can help it please do not let your children attend this school. You will be highly disappointed. Its one of the worst schools in North Las Vegas.

This school is extremely inept at academic standards. My stepson was getting very poor grades (some failing), then- in more than one class- he suddenly had extra credit which amounted too 400%+ of the highest grade in the class, then... of course... bombed the final exams. He ended up with all B's today. You may think "what's bad about that?" Everything. THIS IS NOT HOW KIDS LEARN. This is how they learn to cheat, skate through without effort, rely on fake scores & then get pushed through into the next grade... to make the SCHOOL LOOK GOOD. Unacceptable. I'd never, ever, send my child there if I had a choice in the matter. (FYI, all schools in that area also suffer from "padding grades") I am absolutely going to complain to the district, the state, as high as I can go.

This school lacks the basic necessities that takes place in the conventional schools. I have been told by my child that the school has a deficiency of nutrition in the school lunch, completely enveloped in highly-processed, genetically modified foods that are not even expedient of being served for provisions in the population of this schools. I have also been told that teachers are incompetent, and that the learning environment is equivocal to totalitarian countries with industrialized education, such as America, but even in such a poor state the school system is, their is still room for exhibiting a decent quality school that helps children with mental stimulation and unfortunately this schools is not quite up to par with any other state schools, i'd advise you to get a zone variance if possible.

My child is in the last year to attend this horrible nigh mare school. The teachers don't care about the child .everything is about the Internet . If they have a problem with school work r missing papers it's look on the Internet . They why r they getting paid if my child is learning by a lap top. Teacher love to nit pick and fail your child. Run run run from this school. Please save your child.

Three of my children have attended this school. Two are currently enrolled there this year. This school is horrible. If you can get a zone variance avoid this school like the plague. The dress code does not help with the bullying issue at the school and your children cannot carry a backpack to class even if it is clear. This school only cares about the sports students and you can see it by all of the sports team banners hanging everywhere. Both of my children are in accelerated classes but the assistant principal had the nerve to tell me my son would not be successful as an adult if he didnt learn sports. Seriously!?!?! This school is a joke.

My children have attended this school for two years. Dress Code: I thought the strict dress code was a great idea to minimize the need to fit in with designed/mall brand clothing. However, they allow those brands of jackets & sweaters to be worn over the plain shirts. That seems to negate the whole point. Lunch: should be healthier and my kids are always complaining about the food not being completely cooked or tasting bad. The lunch room seems to be a problem area for bullying and fighting over seating as well. There needs to be more supervision in the lunch room. Teachers: I have only had my children complain about one teacher. She would act rude to students and announce other students' answers to test questions to the class when she thought they were stupid answers! Besides her, good teachers! Behavior: Student behavior seems wild. The cursing is non stop, this shouldn't be acceptable. There seems to be a lot of racial tension as well. Safety: Crosswalks are not monitored. This is dangerous because kids dart right out into the street without even looking assuming cars will stop. Backpacks are not allowed. No security guard upon entry/exit *** is a fair rating

We came from a DOD school where my son made huge gains and was placed on the honor roll his entire 7th grade year. Even though we brought an IEP and supporting documents for our son the school has slashed his accommodations to almost nothing. As a result, He is now failing 3 classes. We have called, and called, and called. We send emails. We have met with his teachers numerous times. Nothing has changed. They keep forgetting to modify the testing, print the notes, and on and on. My son says that in many of his classes the teacher has to spend several minutes arguing with disrespectful kids to be quiet. Yesterday there was a fight inside his classroom. After his chorus concert a week ago there was a fight in the parking lot. My son has also witnessed a fight at lunch where a staff member was hit. Classes are crowded. Teachers either don't care to follow IEP plans or are too overwhelmed. Watch out for children walking. I have personally witnessed motorcycle cops almost get run over during morning drop off. Cars don't even stop for children in the crosswalk. Bottom line: If you have an IEP, and expectations, or special needs...STAY FAR AWAY from this school.

i was a former student in6th grade and half of 7th and i loved the school sure dress code is pretty strick and some of the teacher can be reall jerks but the thing i dislike about this school is the lunch and pizza isnt really going to help with the acne and sometimes when i get my food its either cold or raw and when i went t take a bite of the donut dunckers i couldn't breathe because it was stuck it the sides of my throat and they have exspired diary products and i got sick of course and i hate the way we cant go in our lockers all the time and some of the student can be real dip sticks
