Muchas Gracias

My son started the Prek3 program this school year. By far the WORST EXPERIENCE! Principal is extremely rude and my sons teacher at the time didn't have any classroom management skills. They also don't follow the School Handbook. Myself or my husband would get called multiple times to pick up our son because he wasn't dancing during dance class or he was crying. He wasn't rpc or suspended. They would say "Oh he needs a break at home, bring him back tomorrow" .Principal would tell me our son tested low on test scores but she wouldn't give me the test scores for weeks. The stories they would tell us about our son was ridiculous. I caught them in their lies multiple times and they refused to take accountability. All the times I asked for a conference with his teacher, it was ignored and was told to wait until parent teacher conferences which was weeks away. As soon as my husband asked for a meeting with the principal and teacher it scheduled right away but she insisted on bringing 6 other staff members to the meeting and giving him some test scores that looked as if it was put together right before the meeting. The test scores didn't add up at all. Stating that our son needs to be on a behavior plan. Our son was withdrawn that same day. Our son is thriving and happy at his new school.

Also be careful sending your child to after school care. They lack supervision.

I could go on and on about our experience. Definitely don't recommend this school.

The school lacks communication, professionalism, parent engagement and supervision.

It is a great school! safe environment, and caring staff. I've seen 3-year-old children developing great skills, social-emotional, academic, cognitive, and self-regulation; and this is so important at this age. The only thing is that it gets full early, have to apply right when they open enrollment if you want your students to attend here. The best decision you can make is to enroll your kids in school at an early age to develop a love for learning, that's what they are doing at this school.

This school provides top private school education with teachers who have a passion for teaching and compassion for each student.
My great-granddaughter’s excitement for learning is reinforced daily at RDELA. Ms. Henry, as principal, has exceptional leadership skills and knows each of her students well. I am proud to have a child here.

Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy is an ahhhmazing school! My children and niece have been attending more than 2 years. This school is very special. Ms. Henry truly cares about the children's success and she is the foundation of the school. All of the staff are very hands on, communicate well, and really cares for the students. There is no other school similar that offers everything that Rainbow Dreams provide for Pre-K and Kindergarteners. I have 5 children under 5 and every last child will begin their education at age 3 at Rainbow Dreams. We are very grateful that are children can begin school at 3 years of age as long as they are potty-trained and can communicate. That policy is in place for a reason and is needed so that they children can focus on learning at an early age. This school provides breakfast, lunch, snacks, complete uniforms at NO COST to the parents, whatsoever. In addition, school is from 8:00 am- 3:00 pm and they provide an early and afternoon program (DREAM CARE) that starts at 6:30 am and the afternoon program is until 5:00 pm (which really works with my work schedule) and this is at NO COST to the parents as well. Again, NO OTHER school offers children an opportunity with an advanced curriculum, uniforms, food and after programs for FREE! Any parent who does not agree with the way that Rainbow Dreams is ran can easily send their child to another school. Not only is Rainbow Dreams the best school offered to children starting at 3, Ms. Henry has created a very unique program that contributes to creating a great academic foundation for children. She and her staff deserve to be acknowledged for making a difference in the underprivileged Black community. I wish this school offered elementary, middle and High School because my children would absolutely attend.

This school is so family oriented it’s amazing! It’s such a fun, loving, accepting and welcoming environment! The principal Ms. Henry is amazing with not only the staff but the children as well! She takes the time to get to know all her students, and actively engages in the classroom with them. The staff is just as amazing as well! They are always eager to see their students and help us parents when we need it!

Both of my have attended Rainbow Dreams Academy for the past six years. Yes, I will admit that there has been a lot of different programs implemented, teachers and principals have come and gone. With that being said this school has structured itself to help their children within all means necessary. They have had after school tutoring for children that are struggling in school. They have a Stem program that I believe will be very effective this year. Either your child attends Rainbow Dreams Academy or another Charter School of your choice you have to be adement about making your child's school better. For those parents that are given negative reviews ," Have you ever volunteered to assist teachers? Have you ever volunteered to help by reading to the children, gone on field trips, or made an effort to uplift the school. Being an predominantly minority school we must make an effort to uplift our children because they are our Future! Negative reviews are unnecessary. Education and positive attitude starts with us as parents and the role models that our children will be, as they grow to become pillars in our community.

My child hardly ever comes home with homework. If he does, its a 1 math paper ripped out of a book. This school is horrible.

Posted: May 10, 2017

The teachers are lazy. If you send your child here, guarantee they will not get an education.

Posted: May 9, 2017

The teachers are more like glorified babysitters who do not teach nor care about the safety of the kids.

This is the worse school that I have even encountered in my life. My children have been harassed and bullied while there, with the staff helping in the cover up and making excuses in order to appear that they do not have a bad track, so they can keep there funding. The education is sub-par at best, and the lack of discipline is outrageous. The teachers curse at the students. It is bad all the way around. I would steer clear of this school is you care about your kids safety. I have now filed 3 police reports from my kids being assaulted.

We love this school it has truly been a blessing to our family. We have been there for 5 years now. We love our teacher she loves her kids.

I love Rainbow Dreams Academy. Mrs. Jordan the Principal at RDA is so nice and she loves my children. Teacher's really set high exceptions for the students. RDA has Free Full Day Kindergarden ; Vocal Music; PE; Movement ; Violin & Spanish classes. It's a Three star school. Rainbow Dreams has a Before & After School Program. They really get it. They work with the parents as a team.. You go Rainbow, keep up the GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boys are very unhappy at this school, they do not give the kids recess if they talk during lunch, there is no principal at the school just an assistant principal. I went to the school one day and they did not have either one of my kids health records on file. This school needs someone to come in a really clean it up.

This my daughters first year at Rainbow Dreams Academy and we are both excited. I can count on my hands how many schools offer all day kindergarten. I do not understand our school district in Nevada because Head Start is such a vital key element to a child's education. By learning the early stages of learning all kids can have a jump start and are less likely to have difficulty's. The school district does offer all day kindergarten for the price of $375.00 which is unacceptable in my book. Public schools are not private so I do not understand the outrageous fee charged for a free education. I will close by saying that Great Schools produce great leaders and that is why I have chosen Rainbow Dreams Academy.

All about the money!! No real leadershpi. To many cheifs and not enough indians. Very cliquish... constant staff turnover?? Principals and teachers??? When that is going on you really need take that as your clue that something is wrong and save you and your child the headache. (See the comment below also). The best thing that ever happended to this school was Roxy Davis but they couldnt see it..smh! God Bless them.... Signed former parent !

Withdrew my son from this school this year...No consistency w/ the principal or teachers at this point. Hopefully they can turn it around soon.
