My mother has picked up my daughter twice this week with a soiled diaper. On Wednesday just pee but a full diaper. Thursday pee and poop. No teachers has asked to change her until she goes back to the front desk. She now has diaper rash. I called the school today and she tells me we are investigating this because the teachers should ask do you want me to change the child’s diaper before you leave. I have spoken to the teachers and they have stated even though they have a changing diaper schedule if the child is soaked they change in between that schedule.

My issue is the lack of empathy and understanding from the front desk manager. She feels it’s perfectly fine if the last diaper change of the day was at 3:30pm to not change diapers from that time. I gave an example of if my daughter pooped at 3:45 why would she sit in a poop diaper for two hours or even one hour? She stated that the teachers wouldn’t know unless they picked up my child. You can smell poop from across the room and more importantly the teachers should be interacting with the kids so how would you not smell a poop diaper. How can you not see a diaper sagging towards her knees in the back from a pee in diaper?

This woman tells me that she has two kids and NO parent checks diapers every twenty minutes. I explain to her I’m not asking for that but her diapers are full from peeing MULTIPLE times and she has not been changed. I also expressed concern that if this is happening during pick ups then this is probably going on during the day as well.

More importantly the office manager states that she has called my mother for more information. My mother is not the parent of the child. What clarification do you need that wouldn’t go through the parent first? I have not received a call and this has happened two days in a row. This is not insuring me you are on top of anything. All I am seeing is you are not holding your employees accountable and you are not taking any type of accountability as well.

My son who is three has had no issues but he is also potty trained and enjoys the school.

I don’t feel this is the best place for kids under two or who are dependent on diaper changes.

This school has been absolutely terrible. I've been able to teach my child more on apps on an Ipad in a weekend than the school has taught in the past few months. I have been involved in several issues where my child was not provided a safe environment, and I've seen the owner show favoritism towards some parents. For example: I know several other families that currently or have in the past attended the school. The school will pick and choose who they feel like should be charged what amount for tuition and will only charge late fees to some of the parents. The amount of discrimination and the lack of concern are horrible. The website states all teachers have associates degrees, yet they have 17 year old high school kids working. This place is a joke.

My son has attended since he was 2 years old. He is now in Kindergarten and I would recommend this school to anyone. They are very advanced, my son is reading at a 2nd grade level and doing 1st grade math.

Lack of curriculum. Not all age groups have well qualified care givers. Staff was usually helpful and caring, with the exception of the front office staff and the owners. Utter lack of security. Reasonably priced but you get what you pay for.

My child's teacher is the only positive thing about this school. The owner & front-desk lady are completely RUDE, every day, all the time. They only seem interested in turning a profit. The employees rarely smile, and I don't blame them. On more than one occasion I've witnessed the owner yelling at her employees. My child learned here, but we stopped going there because there is more than just learning academics; character education is non-existent. This school does not make the grade in my book, and I am a teacher myself (so I do know what to look for). Please look elsewhere for your child.

We haven't been attending a full year yet but so far LOVE IT. We were looking for structure, discipline and academics with playtime as well. A great affordable balance this school offers. The employees have been here for years, always a great sign! I'm thrilled with the low registration fee compared to other schools we previewed. The owners are hands on and make themselves available to answer all questions/concerns. I adore our teacher and will miss her next year. We've been told a new playground is going to be installed in the near future as well, looking forward to getting rid of all the sand. I highly recommend you tour this school based on our current experience.
