Unbelievable! I took my child there once and she came back home in tears and scratches across her face! She told me that one of the teachers kept on constantly yelling at her for talking. TALKING! We all have a voice for a reason. Even when she told me that some kid kept on scratching her in the face, she told me that the staff did absolutely NOTHING! HORRIBLE SCHOOL! I would not recommend to take your child there.

Extremely unorganized and don't bother calling the office to ask questions the woman who answered was rude didn't listen to what I was asking got defensive and hung up on me. The lack of professionalism is what bothers me. I will definitely look into a better school. Save yourself the headaches just don't enroll your kids here.

..will retaliate on ur children if u complain..
I have a couple of children who attend Red Rock that have been violently bullied for over a year now I've been in and out of the office for these issues and little has been done to ensure my kids safety we've also had an issue with the principal every time we complained about an incident we'd get a call home about something Petty our child has done that same day There was one incident where my son was followed home by his bully and a couple of his friends the situation had become physical so I reported it just to have the principal call me the same day and say we got your report we're looking into it by the way your son's in the office for tattling there was another incident where my other child's bully was harassing him with a spork waving it in my child's face to which he responded by swatting it out of the kids hand resulting in the bully pushing my child into a smaller child the principal called me and basically said my son shouldn't have took it upon himself to swat the spork from the kids hand resulting in the small child getting hurt so pretty much my son was just as wrong as the kid who decided to point sharp objects in people faces the kid wasn't wrong for pushing my son but my son was wrong for being pushed over the small child There followed another incident with the same child this time he had hit my child repeatedly in the face my child was afraid to tell the teacher or principal because he didn't want to get in trouble so when I called and reported it just to have the principal call me the same day and complain about how my son had belly bumped a group of kids who were all belly bumping each other playfully knowing this she called me and none of the other kids parents in other words reprimanding only my son I don't understand this if she thought it was an issue that warranted my son's parents being called shouldn't the other children have gotten phone calls home point being I call and complain about my son being physically harassed and bullied and she calls me back in retaliation about nonsense I am honestly disgusted with this school and the way the principal Ms. Wong handles situations like this it feels like shes trying criminalize my children by trying to convince me that they're not the victims i think they are to avoid actually having to deal with the situation.

They are making kids run in 110 degree heat. This is not safe for the children. They do not care about the welfare of our children. If they did, they would make them run inside of a gym or cafeteria until it the hot weather cools off.

I Am a parent of two children at this school, this is my eldest' second year there and the first for my youngest. I've been disappointed with this school from the beginning, but circumstances have kept me in the neighborhood longer than I had expected. I've not had good experiences with the staff members aside from the two people that run the office, my eldest went with out a teacher for weeks after she had to be switched from her original teacher. The new teacher was very rude upon meeting, (after not showing up on time the day she started) not introducing herself and ignoring me the first time I tried to speak to her. After that I heard daily complaints about my child's behavior in class; when I asked her if she thought we needed to perhaps set an appointment she said no. My husband and I tried to set up an appointment with the principal (about 2 months ago) and have yet to be called back. Pick up is a nightmare, they let any one walk into the school. I can't wait to never have to deal with these "Education Professionals" again. I'll give it one star because I don't have the option of zero. Save yourself the headache and if you can send your child to a different school.

This is my daughter's first year at Red Rock ES. I have only met the principal once. I had to introduce myself to her. None of the teachers say hello to you. The office staff act like they do not want to answer your questions. Why do the kids have to wait outside in the rain?. When I brought this up to the staff they acted like they did not care. Why do the kids get easy homework?. The school is more worried about their Spirit Day some staff members get very upset at the student, when they do not participate. Why aren't the kids learning a different language?. The food is terrible. They need more challenging academic programs. Why is there no PTA, when I asked the office I received no answer. If I could afford to send my child to a different school I would. Dismissal is terrible there is no organization. I don't feel safe for my child.
