horrible school in my experience. they make a big deal about bullying but never do anything about it. one of the counselors would sit there and tell people they smoke weed. teachers are great but people in the office are not. they talk about bullying being a big deal and to let them know if you or someone else is being bullied but when you are, they dont do anything. sometimes they will “talk to the person” but not help. 0/10 recommendation

since i was in the 6th grade i have been bullied. im a freshman and now almost a sophomore. ive been told thousands of time by staff and administrators that its not bullying and they cant do anything bc they normally dont put their hands on me. they dont put there hands on me bc they know if they do i will drop them to the floor. so its just joking or harassment. There is a huge vaping, drug, and bulling problem and do not recommend sending your child here. there are a few good staff members heres though. the student are awful. staff and administration dont watch cameras when needed, they take everything as he said she said, believes bigger groups of people, and when i was attacked in a blind spot where you cant see for a few seconds on the camera the school had no choice but to tel me i was a liar. 0/1000000 would not recommend.

I would strongly agree but, the school focuses too much on bullying. They try to stop kids from bullying, which is good and all but they don't teach kids what to do when they're getting bullied. Unfortunately, bullying is all the counselors focus on.

The school puts slow learners in classes with fast learners, therefore class is either going too slow or too fast. The counselors won't let you change your schedule to help this issue. If someone has a disability, they just put another teacher in the class. Which is fine and all but, the teacher rarely helps the kids.

There is no fairness and no opportunity for the less popular students. When it comes to leadership, the student council is always led by a popular student who can barely read, let alone aid in governing an entire grade.

Holley has so many students who would much rather die than spend another second there. Nobody has any empathy and they don't teach us to have respect. Instead, they yell at us and tell us how rude we're being.

Teachers help as best they can, but there are a few that don't help and expect you to do everything yourself, even if you don't understand. There are also teachers who help TOO much and baby you, which isn't helpful.

The teachers give homework as busy work, and it's not easy to understand. They don't grade it really, they just throw it out after.

Could be much better. They only offer one language class (Spanish) and are not very understanding. The counselors barely listen to you and are only interested in dealing with drama, and they don't give advice for if you're going off to college or anything. This school has great potential, but the principals and the staff really bring the school down.
