My daughter was in the first graduating class. Absolutely love what Mrs. Cullen and Mrs. Mioducki has done with the program. Wish all schools in the City of Buffalo was modeled after this program.

I have worked with Research Lab faculty and staff over the years to bring vital support services and resources to students. Throughout this time, I have consistently experienced a positive atmosphere centered on learning, with caring adults who go well beyond the basics to support students.
The partnership with the University at Buffalo is extensive, and I have seen firsthand how students directly benefit from their exposure to higher education opportunities. In a city like Buffalo, where there are many needs, the support team remains diligent, compassionate, and committed to meeting those needs.
Staff members actively strive to create a positive and safe environment for studentsand they have been successful in doing so.

During the time I spent at Research Lab as a Parent engagement Liaison. Where also my son attended his four years of high school. The staff and teacher was fully engaged with helping students with their educational goals. As the PEA, I was always welcome in the school by all. The students enjoyed the activities and sports that is provided. As the PEA, I worked closely with the principal, Angela Cullen. Mrs. Cullen, leadership as taken the school to great educational place to be. Being a small school you definitely have big opportunities to succeed in life.

Research Lab creates an inclusive, welcoming environment for all students. Due to it's small size, faculty and staff are able to create and foster and sustain positive relationships with every student. Through it's focus on the sciences, students are able to engage with a variety of community partners to take what they're learning and apply it to internships and local programs. They also focus on student mental health and engagement through their Wellness day, building wide activities such as the international day of kindness, and through community events that welcome in students, parents, and local businesses. This school is a special place that allows all students to be a part of it's community.
