My son has been bullied nonstop at this school. Hes been pushed, tackled, stabbed, etc and the administration does nothing about it.

My daughter is in 4th grade at John Kennedy. The music teacher there is a gift to the students. The lessons are interesting and fun. When a teacher has to discipline a student, that doesn't make him a bully.

The music program is extensive, but the music teacher is an unimaginative bully who acquires most of his work on the web and plays favorites. While the school deals with discipline, it does not inspire or believe in its students. The bullying program is also short sighted and contains incorrect information. In general, the school could reach for a lot more than it does. That said, it is trying to meet standards and provide programs at a time when schools have been bankrupted.
