Have ELA classes for children that need a different approach to learning. Has helped both my boys teach their reading goals in an amazingly short time. Now both are thriving and reading without complaining at school and at home.

Every year they have an assembly that specifically focuses on bullying. The hallways are filled with anti-bullying posters and informational pictures. All of the staff make it clear that it is NOT acceptable and will be handled immediately. They let every student know that they have to come forward if they are bullied or see a bully in action. Speak up and take action immediately. They also take a great approach on trading children how to compliment others and point out their strengths. These are written by the students and are also posted in the hallways.

Every teacher takes an approach to teach all the children in a way that's helps them learn. They conform and adjust their teaching strategies to allow every student to understand the curriculum. They do a great job at keeping parents informed of school (learning) activities and ways to help each child learn more while at home as well.

Teachers are the stepping stone to every child learning and growing. As I said before, they make sure that every child understands and learns the curriculum put before them. No child left behind. Out needed, they Also have ELA classes that will boost a child learning, if they are falling behind. This includes but is not limited to English, math, writing, and reading.

One great example, the principal, Mr. Tom adams. He learns all the students names and their parents. Involves himself in student activities as much as possible and puts his face out their for them to see. Anything from speaking on the morning announcements to remind students his door is always open no matter the situation. Our eating lunch in the hallways to show students that he is available any time.
