This school does nothing to encourage or motivate students. Very little incentive for getting good grades. Ie..... no honor roll system, etc.

As long as you are a perfect student, who is a high achiever and has absolutely no imperfections of any kind, and acts years above your actual developmental age, then you will be ok.

This is a nicely maintained school in a very wealthy suburb. Violence and bullying is unheard of, and frowned upon even by the students. Teachers are very friendly and caring, if not a little too nice and relaxed. Students get both "Flex" and "Advocacy" time (free time) during the day to do the little to no homework that they get. This school goes to show how being in a good neighborhood makes all the difference. Parents really care, and the school respects students. Principal is very nice, a young woman who seems very caring of the students. Since there are basically no behavior problems, she tends to chat with the students casually. Fantastic school...this should be a model school for the rest of America.

Although I only attended this school for the 6th grade, it has still been one of my favorite schools that I attended. Every teacher I had, mr. Pierson, mrs. wolfort, mrs. hamilton , and ms. pogge, were absolutely amazing! especially ms. pogge. I had always had trouble with math, but Ms. Pogge found a way to teach it in a way that I could understand. best school!
