Community is changing, school is a reflection of that. Still has strong cliques, people who were born here, etc. but only a matter of time until it becomes like surrounding areas. Expect a mediocre to ok education. Plus side, there are lots of school activities.

I still have trauma from all of the bullying I have seen, and bullying that was done to me. Nothing was and i'm sure nothing will ever be done about it. Please, do yourself a favor and do not send your children to this terrible school.

This is mostly true. Some are better than others. But I think the new principal is a great improvement and updated the "game" of the teachers. Those who needed it.

I think it tries a lot more than in years past.
Ultimately, it's also parental involvement. But they set up a lot of clubs and programs and things for various issues.

In the past it was worse.
I think the school does a fair job. Better than most schools. And garden city
It's hard to tell. I don't see it immediately in my circle. But I think soft bullying happens. Based on what I hear from others. But this is a national problem

Excellent. The new leadership is a plus. It's only getting better.
It's a shame my son graduated last year. But I still have children at the school. The school was always nice. But I think it's better. More inclusive
More spirit outside sports. And more sports.
My kids like sports. Cut other things too.

Carey could do a lot better :/ I don't really like it. I'm not learning anything new and teacher need to pay more attention to their students.

This school is horrendous. In my years here, I have been bullied relentlessly by several students with no help from teachers or administration. My parents and I have reported several situations to the principal and assistant principal with no results. I have been taunted, hit and assaulted on several occasions by several students and they all have remained unpunished. Also, it is hard to get an education here. The students have no respect for authority. I have attended several high schools throughout the years, none of which have I had such a strong resentment toward. Never was there as many problems at any other school I was at as there has been at H. Frank Carey.
