My kids went here and our experience was excellent. The teachers bent over backwards to help the students succeed in furthering their education The music program is beyond amazing. I am so very thankful my kids were fortunate enough to attend this school..

Due to the area Williamsville South High School is located in the kids there can be very mean. Bullying happens here. Nobody ever sticks up for anybody ever. The school does not seem to deal with issues facing it effectively. It is hard to make friends at this school. If you are not athletic this school might be extremely hard for you to attend. Kids here are obsessed with sports. The kids that attend the school are not always the kindest to those who lack athletic ability. Kids often talk bad about other kids to each other here. There is a big drug/vaping problem here. It seems like every time I go into a girls bathroom there is a group of students vaping or getting high. Students come to class high and teachers do nothing. When a student has to go to the main office or guidance they are called down over the announcements for everyone in the school to hear. It is super embarrassing. Plus a lot of the time the students just wont go down. South has a reputation for having problematic students and that is very true. Kids from other schools hear about bad stuff that happens at South. The student problem has a lot to due with the area this school is located in. Beyond the students this school has some pretty bad teachers. It does have some good teachers though. This school seems poorly run.

I loved this school, the teachers for me were exceptionally well at teaching and the school provides many academic opportunities. i spent 3 years at this school

As a school that educated Ruth Bader Ginsburg, I was definitely expecting more out of the school and its teachers. Unfortunately, there is no honor and glory to be found here. Stay as far away as possible.

i am a sophomore at Williamsville south high school and I have to say this is the best school in Williamsville , the village is a close community and unlike east and north, Williamsville south is more diverse and much less stuck up

Williamsville South is a Wonderful school. My Son was going to go to Williamsville East. But me and my Husband Wanted to move to a close knit community like the village. The Williamsville East school District where we where living in but after my Sons first year at east we Decided to move to the Village of Williamsville do to the Conveniences And all the wonderful amenities the village has to offer. My son was skeptical at first to leave East. But he Is much happier at South. He Loves his curriculum and new friends at South We love the Fact that most of his friends live nearby he can now walk to school and to most of his friends Houses. I love the fact that he can walk down Main street and Hang out with all his friends. Now we don't have to drive him Everywhere.

I am a freshman here. It's just amazing to see that a school can have virtually no bullying! I can't speak for athletics, but I can speak for the fantastic music program they have created. It's more than a bunch of notes on a page; it's a community that includes everyone.
