The impact my children have received from their education in this school has affected them as they currently pursue college careers. Both of my students have graduated and are now high achieving in their college degree pursuits. I believe this is due to the overall education and support they've received through their teachers. The guidance department is amazing and was supportive and educational and assisting both of my children in both college planning and career development. I believe due to this wrap around approach that both of my children have maintained their degree programs and have not changed majors. They are high achieving and felt prepared for college. This school is private school level

Amazing school. Outstanding staff. Small class size. Teachers go above and beyond for students. Inclusivity, cultural sensitivity are stressed and modeled. Parent involvement is emphasized and encouraged. Students are given every opportunity and support to succeed.
Private school feel.

Copenhagen, NY is a great community to live and to send your kids to public school. High standards and great personnel that get the job done. Class size is reasonable translating to more 1 on 1 attention for your child or children. It's a tight-knit farming community with a lot of hard working, responsible parents. You couldn't go wrong enrolling your kids at CCS!

This is the 3rd year my children have been attending Copenhagen, and I'm pretty sure words won't do this school justice. This is a rare, K-12 school, where everybody knows everybody, your children are truly valued by the staff, and the communication between teachers and parents is excellent. Small class sizes mean more 1 on 1 attention, and I sometimes feel as though my children have all the benefits of a more expensive private school. Sports programs that we've experienced are top notch for a school this small, namely the PeeWee girls basketball program and the youth soccer program. We are a military family that moves a lot and this is truly the first school that I wish we could remain at for the duration. Our girls are thriving and happy, love their teachers, and look forward to going to school every day. I highly recommend this school district to other military families relocating here (only 20 min. from post) and basically anyone considering the area. A close-knit farming community that is an excellent choice for your child's education!
