This is the ideal school for any kid who likes to have fun participating in afterschool activities, such as board game clubs, movie clubs, etc. This is a fantastic school, and provides a safe, healthy learning environment for students.

GN South Middle School is an absolutely incredible school! I remember the first day our daughter started 6th grade there, I actually came up to the Principal and ask if I could join!!! Their classrooms are all equipped with the latest technology, teachers are all like out of Hollywood (actors, comedians) while simultaneously extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very good resources; solid after-school programs and so much more! I am so thrilled our kids are going there.

I think the school is great but the students are so competitive. They want to beat you at everything. After my classmates get their projects/tests back they immediately turn to their friends and ask them what they got. The students also pressure you to get good grades. If you don't, they'll think you're not smart enough to be their friend. One thing that isn't fair is that 6th graders don't get to do after school sports. They can only go to clubs after school and they won't get a chance to compete in sports until next year. The teachers are great, but some of them are a bit strict and mean. The classrooms aren't that great. During the summer, one side of the hall is airconditioned and the other side isn't. If your class is in the one's that aren't airconditioned, you'll feel all hot and stuffy. The classes are great and they challenge you. We barely have school wide activities. Everyday it's the same schedule, doing the same thing. It can get VERY boring.

THIS SCHOOL IS JUST AWESOMEEE. therez no other school iv been to w such great teachers , friends, and school curriculur. i love this school.
