Defiance Middle School is an okay school. I would recommend it for the area. The school itself isn't that good, but it's the best in the area. A lot of bullying goes on, most of the teachers are supportive. Fights don't happen too often, but they come close every year. Defiance welcomes the students well, but vaping in the bathrooms is a big issue. There are two lunch periods for the middle school, A and B. Lunch A lasts thirty-minutes and has all of eighth grade and partial of seventh. Lunch B is also thirty minutes and has the other half of the seventh graders, and all the sixth. There are three minutes in-between each period, which makes it really difficult to get from class to class. Other than that, it's an okay school. Food sucks though.
