I love this school i went here from 5th to 8th grade and it was amazing. first of all there’s a bunch of fun after school activities that you can sign up for you can do more after school band, Drama club , Stage Crew , Chess club etc… and if you want to do this after school activities, you can do it in fifth grade too. and then sports would be seventh and eighth grade. The only thing I don’t like about the school is that the dress code is unfair I saw a kid with a undershirt on practically see-through but a girl walks and her skirts little bit too short and we get screamed at. In your school year your guaranteed to see at least five fights. I think there’s a big problem with bullying like my friend died her hair and it red for a while and i was really pretty and everyone was bullying her being like cat valentine this and that. but over the school is really good to get a good education even though the principal yelled at me to stop running when I was walking:)

I've been a teacher at this school since 2006. Before working here, I held LTS positions in the SD of Philadelphia, Souderton SD, and Upper Perkiomen SD. I am also a parent. Not only have I found this school to be far and above the other districts I have worked for, but I wouldn't hesitate in sending my own children here. Every classroom at ENMS is equipped with a Smartboard. The teachers, for their part, are still here until at least 5pm every night. I believe that, in itself, speaks to their character and level of commitment. It is easy to find fault with almost any school nowadays. However, in my experience, this is a school where those who aim to do just that are usually hard-pressed for reasons. This school is excellent.

The principal and new vice principal are great! So glad to have them on board! But some of the teachers are apathetic (they do nothing when a student screams at them to "Shut up,") and not interested, including one teacher who is "always putting her feet up and texting on her phone." Some teachers only really concerned when it comes to students taking PSSAs. Bullying is an issue, and there should be a "No tolerance" or "three strikes and you're out" rule when it comes to that. They need a stronger teacher/leader for the band. It's pretty bad when you get an hour for band practice after school, and the kids only get to play for 10 minutes because it takes the teacher 40 minutes to take attendance as a result of all the distractions and interruptions. Disruptive students ruin it for the ones who really want to be there learning and participating. Uniforms would be beneficial, as there would be less peer pressure, less bullying about clothes, and people would save money in the long run. Just get khakis and navy blue pants, and polo shirts. No need to spend a ton of money. Guarantee you will see more pride with the students!

Our child's experience at ENMS has been very positive. The teachers and prinicipal are readily accessible via email, live conferences and phone conferences. As parents, we have been very pleased with the curriculum, especially math and science. High achievers are afforded the opportunity to enrolled in advanced math studies. The Parent Faculty Club consist of very committed parents who seek to partner with the school staff and parents and we believe they are doing a fine job. This is not a perfect school but we believe it is a school committed towards the betterment of all it's students regardless of ethnicity or socioeconomic background.

I have gone to ENMS for all of middle school, and I have encountered many teachers with just horrible attitudes. I got in trouble for grabbing a book, a teacher threw a student's textbook across the room in the 6th grade and I still remember the student's name and the teacher's name. I am now a sophomore. My 13 year old sister currently attends and is bullied by the students. relatives have made attempts to kind of disband this inappropriate behavior, but they have made no effort or otherwise attempt to stop it. She is now going to start school at Renaissance Academy Charter School in Phoenixville because of this dispute.

In the 4 years I have had a child at ENMS, almost every teacher I've encountered has been dedicated and involved with the students and responsive and available to me as a parent. The frequent changes in administration have been disruptive, but hopefully they are resolved now that another principal has been hired. Switched my child here from Catholic school and couldn't be happier with my decision.

ENMS had a good reputation prior to the 2005/2006 school year. We moved out of the District after 2 years at ENMS due to disruptive students and the teacher's lack of ability/tools to control the students. Our "Gifted Program" student is barely treading water now that we've moved to an academically challenging District. I ~think~ they are on their third Principal at ENMS since 2005/2006 (as of 2010/2011). From what I observed there seems to be limited parent participation. A rudimentary education, at best.
