Certain teachers are fantastic. Others are not, the ones there at the moment are awful and make the workplace a chaotic and unsafe environment. The director is rarely there and is never supportive to their staff nor the families.

Excellent school atmosphere. Both of my children have had wonderful experiences there. My children have been there since 18 months old and have never had a bad experience. The teachers treat the children like their own and have worked to resolve any issues that we have had. I absolutely would recommend this school to everyone.

I am surprised but the other reviews on this website. This is the preschool that my children attended and I would have recommended it to anyone, and still would. I am aware that there have been some unavoidable staff turnovers lately, and knowing the members for the "Council" and Stepping Stones Committee thru Grace Lutheran Church, I highly doubt that the quality of care children receive there is accurately reflected in these 3 - 1 star ratings. I would recommend taking a look and not basing your decision on these biased opinions.

My child has been going to this school for a long time. It used to be a wonderful place with great qualified and caring teachers, everything was excellent and there was no complains whatsoever. I'm not entirely sure what the reason for the changes in management in the school has been, but it has certainly been for the worst. All the good teachers are gone and I've noticed the difference in my child, there's no fun anecdotes of the day's event of the things learned or the fun activities of the day. My child used to praise the teachers and express a lot of love towards them and now all of that is gone. My child now spends all of the time at home talking about not wanting to go to school. When my child is at school, my child is unhappy. The new director is rude towards parents, she likes tact and professionalism and I really dislike knowing that she spends time "teaching" the children. I'm currently looking for a new school, not the best time to do so. I'm sad to make a change after such a long time and also to lose the friends that my child has made while attending the school here.

This school use to be a great place for children to learn and grow. However the church council has been making some really poor decisions. To say they have brought in amateurs to run it is an understatement. I currently work there as a teacher and have been a teacher there for a very long time. Unfortunately I will be leaving due to the ridiculous nature of their decisions.

Politics is dragging this school down. The staff was top notch in the beginning of the year, but the church council has made some really bad decisions in turning the operations over to amateurs. What was a professionally run establishment has now been resorted to a circus. If I saw this on the horizon, I would have chosen another pre-k for my children. There are still a couple of good teachers here, but the really good ones have left or will be leaving shortly because of management decisions.
