My daughter is a 3rd grader diagnosed with high functioning autism. From Under the trusted leadership of Principal Nolan along with teachers: Mr. DeMario & Dr. Dierker: they were excellent in facilitating her desire to excel in her education despite the challenges of autism. Along with the school psychologist, Mrs. Tracy, these folks all took it to heart to be a significant and positive influence in my daughter's life. My daughter believed because they believed in her. They have all left an indelible imprint of having excellent expectations while providing the tools to get there. Well done, teachers! --Her mom :0)

My daughter is in first grade at Donaldson Elementary. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the faculty/staff of the school. Her teacher does a fantastic job of communicating with us in regards to her progress at school! The only negative feedback I have for this district is the fact that they only have half day kindergarten. They do provide transportation one way, but as working parents, we were forced to send our daughter to a private school due to transportation/childcare issues.

My granddaughter just started Kindergarten. She is in the afternoon class, no school bus is provided to take her and others to school, so you must get her there yourself. She gets a lot of homework, sometimes over an hour. This is all new so maybe it will work out but I am seeing red flags, thats not a good sign.
