Ad Prima has no tolerance for bullying. The teachers are great. School scores keep going up every year. It's one of the best schools in Philly. Senior leadership has high expectations and supports the teachers. Investments in the technology

My child has received extra help when needed
Posted: November 10, 2017
The school is great. A lot of upgrades are being made to make it even better. Looking forward to another great year.

Just enough homework, not too much to help prepare for tests
Posted: November 10, 2017
Teachers have always had great communication and relate to the classroom well
Posted: November 10, 2017
One of the main reasons my child attends. This is a disciplined school in a caring environment.
Posted: October 10, 2017
Administration and teachers have been great. They are very responsive to parent concerns and their standards are high but achievable. We have had minor concerns but they have always been genuinely addressed and taken care of quickly.
Posted: October 10, 2017
My child had a hard time one school year and we were notified. They would work one-on-one with my child during school hours. That was extremely beneficial to identify the issue (before report cards came out) and apply a technique to improve her performance.
Posted: October 10, 2017
We have had a couple of minor issues. The Dean is awesome at his job! He takes parent concerns seriously, formulates a plan, and applies it. The teachers have their own classroom standards and have behavior charts. And the principal is always available if there are any issues that haven't been resolved.
Posted: October 10, 2017
We feel very fortunate. Every year we have had great teachers who understand how to balance a classroom. They push kids to do their best while creating a fun learning environment. We stay connected on Dojo and I have never had a communication issue with a teacher.
Posted: October 10, 2017
Absolutely! This is a school where high academic achievement is their overall goal. However, this school has also helped my child learn a lot off valuable life skills. Bullying is not tolerated and quickly addressed, they allow children to be themselves, and they encourage them to embrace their accomplishments. They have reward systems for behavior and academics. Ad Prima takes pride in how the children perform, inside and outside of the classroom.

My child has been at Ad Prima for several years. Yes, the founder left and there was a couple of years where the school had to rebuild and get back on track. However, everyone (admininstration, teachers, faculty and staff) are working hard and they are making good decisions that is bringing Ad Prima back to where it once was. The test scores are still good. As a parent, that's not all I am looking at. There is so much more to a good school and they have provided that for my family (answered in previous questions). They offer hot lunch and bus service. There are some after school activities. And they go on educational field trips. Overall my child is very happy and enjoys the school, which is our main goal.
Posted: October 10, 2017
There is enough homework to keep them on the right track, but not so much it's too overwhelming. The homework is based on what they have learned that day. They go over the homework in class so they know what they did or didn't do right. Besides daily homework, there is weekly and monthly reports due. They weekly and monthly homework is available far in advance so students can work on it early on.

This is a great school! My child has attended for several years and we love it. I read some reviews who feel otherwise, however the experience my family has had is much different. Great administration who has helped the school thrive, wonderful teachers, and kids who show up to learn is what makes this school what it is. They have different reward systems in place to encourage hard work and good behavior. Bullying is not tolerated and the school takes parent concerns seriously. Anytime I needed something it was a simple call or email to a teacher or staff member and they were willing to help right away. There is a lot of homework and from what I have seen they are currently working on getting more after school activities. My child loves going to school here! We had many options when choosing a school and we are still very happy we picked Ad Prima.

When it comes to children, they learn by what the adults and professionals around them do, not by what they say. Therefore, with an underqualified site director and administration, ethically, this organization falls way short. There is no support, resources, or technology provided to the teachers. Although there is a person designated for that purpose, her time is spent running all over the building putting out fires, and solving problems that arise when a total lack of planning ahead occurs. This is exactly what happens when a school had a great staff and no leadership. The leadership at this school, sadly, came from the teachers and staff. They were the ones who kept the morale and positivity flowing among each other, and therefore, the children. The most highly knowledgeable, passionate for education and improving the lives of every child they meet, group of professionals (and people) that I have ever met. The one in charge of it all did NOT see, nor acknowledge, the talent she had, and very heartlessly and seemingly effortlessly, let many of us go at the end of my first year there, while others had been there for many. Our "leader" had this to say when a 8 year employee, and one of the best teachers in our building, let her know she would not be returning, for a better-found opportunity... "okay." What kind of "leader" doesn't allow or permit a teacher to speak during any meeting? She rules the school and everyone in it like a dictatorship not ashamed to engage in such unethical, heartless acts. Worst yet did so without knowing us. She never spent time in our classrooms, and on that note, neither did the Site Director. The only Admin who had, was not consulted about this major decision that would affect so many. So sad, such potential, and yet, without the proper leadership, destined to fail. No one will produce effective work when under this type of "you will be fired tomorrow if I feel like it" kind of mentality. Especially when dealing with children who are above average in being highly susceptible to sensing injustice. She preys on the weak, and counts on creating fear to keep anyone from speaking out. Total disgrace.
Posted: July 18, 2017
Unfortunately, there is no effective leadership and the school was without a principal the majority of the 2016-2017 school year.
Posted: July 18, 2017
There wasn't a sped team as mandated by law at the 63rd street campus during the 2016-2017 school year.

Posted: July 18, 2017
My experience was incredibly disheartening. The current CEO and administration are unqualified and offer no leadership or support. Opinions and concerns of parents and teachers are disregarded making it nearly impossible to collaborate and resolve problems. The school is chronically understaffed, under resourced, and out of compliance with the law. It's so frustrating because teachers and staff are afraid to speak out for fear of losing their jobs. It's a disgrace and unfair to the children that aren't getting the educational experience they deserve.

My child has been at the Frankford location since it was started. The first few years were great, but the new changes in this school has made it drop. The teachers are constantly changing and the Dean of Students practices harassment instead of discipline. He yells at children, takes their personal items that they need, and never returns phone calls to parents.

They are hard to reach and harass children.
Posted: March 20, 2017
A lot of there practices make kids feel like they are under achievers.
Posted: March 20, 2017
They don't teach well. They don't communicate with parents well. The leadership practices are more like harassment to students that aren't doing anything but when told about students that steal and bully, nothing is done.

My son had an excellent teacher when he was in 1st grade but his second grade teacher was not. The school is unrealistic for single parents. The principal does not get back to you to schedule an meeting.
Posted: January 18, 2017
The school has too much homework for the kids. The kids can't even be children when they go home. My son can't even join extra curricular activities because straight after school he has to dive into 2-3 hours of homework. Not to mention they don't get recess and have gym once a week.

The recommended time for children to spend on homework for a second grader is 0-20 mins. Currently my child spends 2-3 hours a night on homework. The homework goals are unrealistic.
Posted: November 3, 2016
The school has definitely gone down since previous years. The lack of communication between teachers, administrators, and parents is horrific. My daughter's class is highly unorganized. The current administrator runs the school like it's a military school. The desks and chairs are falling apart. When parents make complaints all we receive are excuses. I knew that the school work would be rigorous, but the demands they are placing on the children do not allow for them to have a life outside of the school.
Posted: October 16, 2016
This school has gone way down hill since my son first started. It has more of a regular public schools atmosphere now. Probably because the original founder isn't apart of it anymore. Made way too many changes that weren't for the good of the students or school.
Posted: July 1, 2016
Yes all problems are addressed swiftly and they also have a fantastic reward system for positive behavior
Posted: June 15, 2016
Teacher communicate well. However administration is awful and dishonest. Leadership is constantly changing. Treatment of students is unfair and biased fostering an environment of bullying.
Posted: May 18, 2016
We have been extremely greatly to have wonderful teachers. They all have gotten to know our child personally and have pushed her to learn to the best of her abilities. Any issues have always been addressed in a timely manner. They have always been kind, informative and helpful.
Posted: May 18, 2016
Within the first year, I thought it was a bit excessive. But now that we have become accustomed to it I believe it is just right.
At this school parents are expected to be hands on. Parents will need to put time in and help their children with projects, book reports, and weekly packets. But because we are doing this we know exactly what our child is capable of and she enjoys that time together with us.
Posted: May 18, 2016
The learning environment has always been a positive one for my child. I believe the staff is effectively trained on how to handle different children properly so the entire classroom can thrive as a whole.
If there are any issues, it is addressed and a plan of action is put in place. Whether that is academic or behavioral. It's nice to see students are often rewarded for good behavior and when they show interest in obtaining good grades.

Ad Prima is a wonderful school and I plan to keep my child there until 8th grade. My child has liked all of her teachers so far. They are informative and good with the kids. The class sizes are average (always around 22 kids/class so far) and each child gets enough attention. If your child needs help with a subject, they will have a teacher at the school help them by spending extra time on that subject. The actual classroom material is challenging. There is plenty of homeworking to keep their mind going but it's not too overwhelming.
Other benefits: All staff takes parents concerns seriously and address them in a timely manner. They go on education field trips. School lunch and bus service (something they didn't have when she first started) is offered. Everyone that works there seems cheerful and helpful, even down to the really awesome school nurse.
My complaints are small: They don't leave enough time for lunch. Kids need a solid meal to focus. If they aren't finished and the bell rings, they have to throw it away. Lastly, there isn't enough recess and/or gym time. Sure, we participate in out of school activities. But 8am-4pm, 5 days a week is a long week with limited time to run around.

May 2016. Very disappointed with the school. Safety and discipline is greatly lacking and biased. Educational method leaves a lot to be desired. I have been lied to by several different staff members. Water fountains never seem to be working. Bathrooms are old and dirty. High staff turnover.

I regret i put my doughter in this school.administrative not professional, they fight among themselves.kg teachers are new ,no experience ,no books,no library,no computer classes.parents told me school was good long time ago but not any more.most of parents think of moving their kids from this school.
Posted: May 26, 2015
the teachers are very aware and considerate of the children's learning experience. they show a lot of compassion for what they are doing and seem to be very much involved.
Posted: May 26, 2015
I believe it consumes too much of the children's time, and if your child takes any extra curricular activities it will be a strain on them.

My daughter has been at Ad Prima Charter (Frankford) since They first opened & is now in 5th grade. I also have a son who is in the second grade & my youngest son will be attending his first year in kindergarten this current school year. I love this school and it has been a great learning experience for me and my children. They are learning so much. To other parents who want their children to attend this school, please be prepared for excessive homework and monthly book reports and weekly assignments depending on what grade your child is in.

I've been at this school since third grade and the teacher always have a positive attitude and are ready to help student if we need extra work
You don't have to worry about bullying

My daughter currently attends Ad Prima for kindergarten (Frankford) and I love it! The curriculum is vigorous but she is doing a great job. They are really preparing her for the future. The grading system is tough but it helps her strive to continuously do better. The homework is time consuming, we spend 1-2 hours a night getting it done. I know she is learning a great amount and her vocabulary is great! She really enjoys going to this school.

I love this school! My son did Kindergarten and 1st grade at Lab Charter and we decided to transfer him to Ad Prima side when the school moved to 63rd and Lansdown and we love it. This school is very structured and thorough with its curriculum. My son is growing and learning very well through this school. There's no doubt in my mind Ad Prima is preparing our son for one of the best High Schools and College for that matter.

My Grand children attends AD Prima and this school is very disciplined and structured. My kids can attended school without fear or bullying. The curriculum is very good as I have compared it to schools in New Jersey. They are very hands on and care for the students..

My daughter attends Ad Prima Charter (Frankford) for Kindergarten. I am completely happy with the education she receives so far. Like the other ratings, I completely agree that Parents MUST be prepared and ABLE to put in the time to work with their child. The curriculum is rigorous and the homework is demanding. I spend about 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day with my daughter on homework. I admit, it is a demanding but the payoff is worth it. As a Public School Teacher of 10 years, I see that she is ahead of other public school students her age (No fault of theirs but that time in makes all the difference). Her sight word reading, math and writing skills are currently that of a first grade or beginning second grade public school student. (Honestly!!) The school day is longer than public school (8-4pm) but it worked perfectly for my schedule as a teacher. Her teacher is very nice and the principal seems strong and serious. I am okay with that because I feel her job is to make sure the students get a quality education. I was informed and did my research about Ad Prima before applying. I was VERY happy when I received news of her acceptance. Prepare to put in work if you choose this school.

My daughter attends Ad Prima's new 63rd street location and we love this school. She is in kindergarten and has the same course work as my nephew in the first grade in a solid New Jersey school district. Miss Simmons is the best. She is warm and encouraging but runs an orderly classroom with clear rules and expectations. I was nervous when we enrolled our daughter but she is a straight A student who more importantly loves school and learning. Best decision we could have made. And the site director(principal) is kind and loving to the children. She is always available and comes out and greets the younger children several times a month. Visit this a location and form your own opinion. I think you will be impressed.

I absolutely love this school, my daughter attends Ad Prima @ the 63rd street location, my daughter came their from public school and she loves it, yes she does get a lot of work but she loves the challenge she looks forward to going to school everyday. She has an amazing teacher , I think sending my daughter here was the best thing that I could have done.

My daughter has been attending this school for two years now. I have found that the teaching curriculum is challenging yet rewarding because her confidence grows by the week. They do encourage home participation by parents which has helped her tremendously. The color system used to encourage good behavior is brilliant (Red Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green). The closer you are to green, the better you have behaved. I look forward to increasing this rating as she continues through her wonderful journey at this school. We look forward to her attending this school until she has to move on to middle school. -A. Felix-

Pros: They have specific rules and have them outlined. They are on the strict side of things but you know what you are getting into ahead of time. Being tardy, absent, not turning in homework, and misbehavior will not be accepted in this school. The homework seems challenging and can sometimes be over the top but overall they must be doing something right because the kids are learning. They offer a lunch program which seems to have a nice menu. Cons: The administration doesn't seem very friendly. The kids appear to be treated like a number instead of an individual. More gym time is to be desired (only 1 time every 10 days) and more recess time (I believe only 2 15 minutes breaks every week is offered). 8am-4pm is a long day, kids need breaks. No bus service. In the morning it is hectic seeing everybody driving crazy to get their kids dropped off in time. Classes sizes seem large (I believe around 25 students per teacher currently). Overall I believe the good outweighs the bad but there is definitely room for improvement.

Academically, you can't beat it. Like many of the other reviews you have to be committed as a parent and be an active participant your child's education. The work is rigorous, they even give homework for the entire summer. It definitely is a committment but it's worth it. My friends daughter recently graduated from the sister school Lab Charter (which provides the same intensive curriculum) and she received a full 4 year scholarship to a Main Line private high school . The teachers are for the most part caring and compassionate, many of them straight out of college and eager to teach. I do agree that the upper administration is much to be desired, concerned more about their statewide rating than for the chiildren. That is why I rate the school a 3 not because of the academics but all the nonesense that comes with it... rude administrators, who treat you poorly because they can. The school has an outstanding academic reputation and any parent with a little bit of sense doesn't want to rock-the-boat and potentially hurt their child academically. But until we can afford to move to an area where all the schools provide this type of education.... we're stuck.

Ad Prima is an ok school. The teachers are great but the head of the schools are unprofessional and do not really seem to like children.
Posted: September 9, 2013
My son started Kindergarten at Lab Charter (59th street) and stayed thru 1st grade, he now attends Ad Prima (63rd & Lancaster) and we love both parts of the school. If your a parent that cannot be involved in your childs school working progress then this is not the school for you or your child. I love the parent involvement and the great education my son has been receiving. He's in the 2nd grade on a 5th grade level. I commend the staff and the parents that are giving this new generation a better way of life and preparing them for the real world from day one.

Ad Prima Charter is a breath of fresh air. My children attended Ad Prima for 3 years. The frankford site has smaller classroom sizes with an amazing attention to detail for each child. My step-son has an I.E.P. and his wrap around team is amazing. I have one on one access to his teach via email and cell phone at all time for any questions or concerns. At first my children were a bit relaxed in regards to homework (since their previous school rarely gave any). But the teachers really prepare the children to be independent and focused on excellence. My kids no longer complain about the amount of homework they get they come home and take care of it. The school has finally added a lunch program that for the most part my kids love. The teachers are friendly, accessible and willing to work a bit harder for any child having academic struggle. I travel 40 minutes to take my kids to the Frankford site and do this in pride. Even if I choose to move out of state I will still make the commute to keep my children in this school as long as they keep adding grade levels. My wish is for an Ad Prima High School for the future! Proud Parent of a now a 5th and 6th grader.

i LOVE this Ad Prima Charter. My daughter have been going to this school since she was in Kindergarten. Now I must admit it's a lot of work for both parents and students. However, in my opinion it's worth it. My daughter is on a 5th grade level and she's only in 2nd grade. I do however, wish they kid had a longer recess. This year they started giving the children 15 minutes recess twice a week. This school focuses on education, and prepares their students for the future. I joke about my child being ready for college by time she reaches 5th grade. I joke however, I think she will have the study skills and work ethics in place to be ready for Middle School, High School, and college. If you are looking for a school to send your child to Ad Prima Charter is the best choice. It's so good that I chose not to move out of State because no school had the same result and quality of education as Ad Prima Charter. However, please know your child's limit. If you child can excel in a high pressure environment then this school is right for them. A 75 is considered failing. So they push the kids to thrive and excel. So also keep that in mind when making your choice.

My son is in Kindergarten in this awesome school!! I was so disappointed with purchasing a home in the City of Philadelphia because THE VAST majority of Phila schools are Terrible! When it came time for my son to go to K, I was terrified as our neigborhood school in NE phila which is supposed to be the better part of phila was terrible with a 4 rating! It was like a dream come true when my hubby came home with news of Ad Prima! I was of course a little skeptical about this school but I AM NOW A BELIEVER! This is an awesome school with an AWESOME curriculum. The only thing i dont like is that there is no lunch program or school bus. There is nowhere to microwave or refridgerate food atleast in Kindergarten which is a little disappointing. My son has learned so much even in the first few weeks and even his behaviors have improved significantly! I have to spend a good 1 1/2 on his hw per day! This school gives LOTS of HW so parents must be willing to sit and teach children in order for children to succeed=) Teachers, staff are awesome!!! The location can be a little better as it is in the busy region of Frankford but the inside of the school is great=)

I think the curriculum is very good and classroom size is appropriate. However, if your child is active and need recess, this is not the school for your child. I do believe that the teachers care about the children, but should know more about child development and appropriate discipline measures. It seems as if they want the students to come sit for 8 hours a day doing work all day well behaved. My daughter is currently in Kindergarten and I do not think she will be returning. Yes, I am an active parent and yes I make strives to make sure that she is reaching her full potential. Honestly, I just wasnt impressed with the school at all.

She started in First grd. Throughout her 8 yr tenur, she has blossomed beautifully w/ soooo many wonderful teachers / staff / faculity along the way. We have always been involved parents keeping up and staying in tuned w/ all the bends / curves and challenges along the way ! A FOR SURE WORKOUT ! Parents, commitment / participation are equal partners, therefore a MUST for continued growth / success in your child / ren academic life. Potential future students / parents come on, YOU CAN DO IT ! As the school year winds down, it's gonna be hard to say good bye to a great partnership ! My daughter transferred from public school in the 4th grade to the Laboratory Charter school 4th and Brown and now attends Ad Prima 59th and Woodbine. The school is awesome. It challenges the students to reach their highest potential while offering the support they need. She is now in the 8th grade and was acceptanced into 3 private schools in the area. It takes commitment and effort on the part of both the parent and student but the rewards are worth it. The teachers and staff are supportive. I would recommend this school to serious minded parents who want a good education and future for their child.

Ad Prima is among the best overall schools in the state. I highly recommend this school to parents with exceptional values.

Ad Prima is an excellent charter school. My son attended from K-4th grade, and then he transferred to the Laboratory Charter School of Language and Communication. Dr. Brown is an excellent CEO, and the staff she employs are caring, diverse, and seem to enjoy their profession. I took my son out of the school for one year, and that was a big mistake. His grades plummeted because he was not able to handle being in a 'regular" public school. Even though Ad Prima nor Lab School does not offer recess, the students are allowed other options for socialization. I recommend these schools to parents who are seeking a great educational experience for his/her child. Even though the curriculum is stringent, hands on, and requires parental involvement, your child will be able to learn in an environment that is free of distractions, little room for bullying, and lots of room for growth!

My daughter has attended the school since kindergarten. The school is excellent. It does require parent involvement so if you are unable to monitor your child's homework and assist every day then you should forget about it and go to a neighborhood school. By the end of the school year your child will be ahead of most other kids in the same grade level. Recess---get a grip. There are many times during the day when they aren't just doing school work and a parent can always give them recess when they get home. The only negative I have about this schol is that there's no busing. It is very hard for a working parent without busing. or after school care.

My daughter is currently attending this school the academics of it is excellent ,but I must say I agree with the last posting it would be great for the children to have some kind of recess time or extracurricular activities. The grading system was shocking at first sigh. As a parent hands on is a must! A home and school association would be great also.

Ad Prima is an excellent school . This is my daughters first year in Kindergarten and when I say Kindergarten is the toughest at this school it is.But once they get pass kindergarten everything is a breeze for them from then on. The only thing I dont like is the lack of recess, even if they give the children 20 minutes to go outside and play an educational game. But otherwise than that the school gets 5 stars.

My child has been at Ad Prima since inception and I must say I love the academic goals they expect the kids to attain. While academics are important I find that at Ad Prima you either sink or swim. That is the only think I dislike about the school. You need an 82 to pass..but if your child has an 80 they will get retained. I do not agree with that and I believe it can damage a child's self esteem. Overall i love the school, but would like to see them not fail students unable to attain an 82.

This is my son's first year at Ad Prima (59th Street) and we love it! I was looking for a school that would really challenge him and let me just say that "we have met our match." Don't get me wrong, he has been enrolled in dynamic schools before (Ivy Leaf & St. Francis Xavier), but they all lacked a foregin language(s), which I think is imperative for any child today. From PE, book reports, Spanish & music, to the core classes he is excelling like never before. I'm very happy with this school thus far, and look forward to my son being here for 4 more years.

My daughter just entered Kindergarten in the Frankford Ad Prima and I love it! I love the fact that my daughter is challenged and has so many classes which include Spanish, computer, art and music among others. She has only been in school two weeks but I already see her flourishing. I'm very happy with my decision on sending her to school here.

This is my son's first year at Ad Prima. He is a kindergarten student at the Frankford location. There are a lot of things that are so wonderful about Ad Prima. It is indeed a tremendous amount of work which leaves no time for my son to participate in extracurricular activities. I love the academics, but I am not sure about the no- recess policy and the 12 pages of homework per night. I do appreciate Dr. Brown's desire to serve students at the lower end of the socio-economic spectrum and turn them into global competitors. However, I feel for some of the parents whose children struggle in the environment because often their concerns are shut down by administration. Overall, Ad Prima is probably one of the only alternatives in Philadelphia for parents who want to prepare their children for infinite possibilities!!!! Kudos to Dr. Brown.

I love Ad Prima Charter School for numerous reasons, including: (1) Dr. June Brown's vision for excellent education is second to none other in America; (2) The investment made by Dr. Brown into the teachers demonstrates her commitment to helping teachers remain on the cutting edge as an educator, by which my daughters benefit first-hand; (3) the school maintains a zero-tolerance for violence and bullying, which ensures an environment well prepared for learning; (4) my children enjoy attending because the teachers relate very well with the students; (5) the school trains families on how to cooperate with their academic agenda to properly support our children's success; (6) staff members and leadership are reachable and approachable; (7) their communication and goals is communicated frequently and very clearly; (8) they demonatrate through action their sincerity for no child being left behind; (9) they have several free additional resources to assist children with academic challenges; and last of my top-ten(10)it's free, private education. I am sure if Ad Prima was selected to receive additional funding, these funds will be used for the overall benefit of our children's education. Thank you for your consideration.

Ad Prima is a wonderful school. The teachers are very patient with the children and make every effort to ensure that the Ad Prima student body are learning at the children's respective grade levels and beyond. My daughter is in kindergarten and she has already read more than 100 books for the school year since September 2009. I'm not too sure, even as an educated parent, if this would have been accomplished had my daughter attended one of Philadelphia's other public schools. I am very proud that my daughter is an Ad Prima student.

Dr. June Brown is a visionary whose methods will help children perform at the highest level, regardless of what neighborhood the child lives in, or the family's income. Her recruiting style speaks for itself...only the best and most passionate educators work in her charter schools. They look and carry themselves like professionals. No slouches! They work tirelessly, and they get the kids to perform. Standards are high, and parents partner up with the teachers to elevate the children to reach their potential. The workload is a lot, but that's good for the student. it teaches them to be organized. They learn how to study and how to prepare for class and for their tests.

Ad Prima is not for every student nor every parent. Academics must be your first priority to fit in here, not sports or the arts or clubs. I have my child enrolled in activities outside of school. However, I am VERY pleased with the education my child gets. My only complaint...facilities-wise, the school leaves a lot to be desired. The bldg is dated and ugly, the bathrooms are subpar. The location where my child attends doesn't even have a library, parking, or a school yard. The teachers are OUTSTANDING and the students work hard and will be ahead of their peers in life. I feel that your surroundings can affect your morale. I wish the firm that runs Ad Prima would outfit the facility in a manner that reflects the awesome-ness of these ambitious kids and their excellent teachers.
